Claims (7)
- 하기 일반식(I)의 할로게노알킬-아졸릴 유도체 및 그의 산부가염 및 금속염 착물.상기 식에서, R1은 임의 치환된 알킬, 임의 치환된 알케닐 또는 임의 치환된 사이클로 알킬을 나타내고, R2는 수소, 알킬, 알케닐, 아실 또는 아르알킬을 나타내고, X1은 할로겐을 나타내고, X2는 할로겐을 나타내고, n은 0 또는 1을 나타내고, Y는 질소 또는 CH그룹을 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 할로겐, 탄소수 3내지 7의 사이클로알킬, 페닐 및/또는 할로게노페닐로 이루어진 계열로부터 선택된 동일하거나 상이한 치환체에 의해 일치환 내지 삼치환될 수 있는 탄소수 1내지 6의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬을 나타내거나, R1이 할로겐, 페닐 및/또는 할로게노페닐로 이루어진 계열로부터 선택된 동일이거나 상이한 치환체들에 의해 일치환 내지 삼치환될 수 있는 탄소수 2내지 6의 알케닐을 나타내거나, R1이 할로겐 및/또는 탄소수 1내지 4의 알킬로 이루어진 계열로 부터 선택된 동일하거나 상이한 치환체들에 의해 일치환 내지 삼치환 될 수 있는 탄소수 3내지 7의 사이클로알킬을 나타내고, R2가 수소, 난소수 1내지 6의 알킬, 탄소수 3내지 6의 알케닐, 탄소수 1내지 4의 아실 또는 알 킬부분의 탄소수가 1내지 4인 페닐 알킬을 나타내고, X1이 불소, 염소 또는 브롬을 나타내고, X2가 불소, 염소 또는 브롬을 나타내고, n이 0또는 1을 나타내고, Y가 질소 또는 CH그룹을 나타내는 일반식(I)의 할로게노알킬-아졸릴 유도체.
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 알킨을 희석제의 존재하에서 할로겐 또는 할로겐-공여 화합물과 반응시키고, 필요에 따라, 생성된 일반식(I)의 화합물을 계속해서 산 또는 금속염과 부가 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 하기 일반식(I)의 할로게노알킬-아졸릴 유도체 및 그의 산 부가염 및 금속염 착물을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서, R1은 임의 치환된 알킬, 임의 치환된 알케닐 또는 임의 치환된 사이클로 알킬을 나타내고, R2는 수소, 알킬, 알케닐, 아실 또는 아르알킬을 나타내고, X1은 할로겐을 나타내고, X2는 할로겐을 나타내고, n은 0또는 1을 나타내고, Y는 질소 또는 CH그룹을 나타낸다.
- 적어도 하나의 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 할로게노알킬-아졸릴 유도체, 또는 일반식(I)의 할로게노알킬-아졸릴 유도체의 산부가염 또는 금속염 착물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 살미생물제.
- 식물 보호 및 원료물질의 보호를 위한, 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 할로게노알킬-아졸릴 유도체 또는 그의 산부가염 및 금속염 착물의 살미생물제로서의 용도.
- 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 할로게노알킬-아졸릴 유도체 또는 그의 산부가염 또는 금속염 착물을 미생물 및/또는 그들의 서식처에 적용시킴을 특징으로 하여, 식물 보호 및 원료물질의 보호를 위해 원치않는 미생물을 구제하는 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 할로게노알킬-아졸릴 유도체 또는 그의 산부가염 또는 금속염 착물을 중량제 및/또는 계면-활성물질과 혼합함을 특징으로 하여, 살미생물제를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
