Claims (5)

  1. 자동차 유리창, 특히, 열가소성 매개층에 의해 접합되는 두개의 열적으로 탬퍼링된 단일 유리로 이루어진 복합 유리로 형성되는 수직 조정 가능한 측부유리창에 있어서, 두개의 개별적 유리의 각각은 1.5 내지 3.5㎜, 양호하게는 2.0 내지 3.0㎜의 두께를 갖고, 단일 유리로 된 안전 유리의 템퍼링과 달리 유리 표면에 걸쳐 상이하게 템퍼링되어 가장자리 전체에서 코어의 평균 인장 응력이 표준 파괴 특성을 위한 특정 유리 두께를 위해 필요한 인장 응력보다5 내지 15%낮고, 조망면 구역에서의 코어의 평균 인장 응력이 표준 피괴 특성을 위한 특정 유리 두께를 위해 필요한 인장 응력보다 20 내지 40% 낮게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 유리창.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유리의 가장자리에서 2.0㎜ 두께의 단일 유리를 위한 코어에서의 인장 응력이 54 내지 76MN/㎡이고 두께가 증가함에 따라 3㎜ 두께의 유리를 위한 46.7 내지 71.2MN/㎡까지 선형적으로 감소되며, 유리의 중앙 구역에서 2㎜ 두께의 유리를 위한 코어에서의 인장 응력이 38 내지 64MMN/㎡이고 두께가 증가함에 따라 3㎜두께의 유리를 위한 33 내지 60MN/㎡까지 선형적으로 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 유리창.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 유리의 가장자리에서 2.0㎜두께의 단일 유리의 인장 응력이 54 내지 64MN/㎡이고 두께가 증가함에 따라 3㎜두께의 유리를 위한 46.7 내지 55MN/㎡까지 선형적으로 감소하며, 유리의 중앙 구역에서 2㎜두께의 유리를 위한 코어에서의 인장 응력이 38 내지 60MN/㎡이고 두께가 증가함에 따라 3㎜두께의 유리를 위한 33 내지 55MN/㎡까지 선형적으로 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 유리창.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 단일 유리는 2.5㎜두께를 가지며, 가장자리에서의 코어의 인장 응력이 54 내지 58MN/㎡이고 중앙 구역에서의 인장 응력은 46 내지 50MN/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 유리창.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보다 강하게 템퍼링되는 가장자리의 폭(B)은 0.5 내지 2㎝인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 유리창.
