Claims (16)
- 텅스텐, 티타늄, 탄탈륨 및 니오븀 중 적어도 하나를 필수성분으로 하여 이루어지는 제1전해질 접촉면과 그와 접하여 있는, 백금 또는 백금함유 물질로 된 제2전해질 접촉면으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존생성용 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2전해액 접촉면이 백금인것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1전해질 접촉면이 텅스텐과 니오븀중 적어도 하나를 필수 성분으로 하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 제2전해질 접촉지역이 30㎟이하의 적어도 한 면으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제4항에 있어서,제2전해질 접촉면이 0.005~25㎟의 적어도 한면으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 제2전해질 접촉면이 원형, 정사각형 또는 직사각형인 적어도 한 면으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극.
- 전해질의 전기 분해로 오존을 생성시키는 방법에 있어서, 오존이 텅스텐, 티타늄, 탄탈륨 및 니오븀중 적어도 하나를 필수성분으로 하여 이루어지는 제1전해질 접촉면과 그와 접해있는, 백금 또는 백금함유 물질로 된 제2전해질 접촉면으로 이루어지는 아노드(anode)에서 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제2전해액 접촉면이 백금으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 전해질은 산화에 대한 내성이 있는 음이온을 가진 알칼리금속염, 알칼리토금속염 및 암모늄염의 수용액, 유기산 및 무기산으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제9항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 전해질은 산성 또는 중성인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제10항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 전해질은 액체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제11항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 전해질이 황산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 황산은 농도가 0.01-8N인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 내지 제13항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 전해질은 또한 플루오르 이온으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 캐소드, 전해질 및 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한항에 따른 전극인 아노드로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존 발생 전기분해 전지.
