Claims (9)

  1. 전기전도성 기층으로 구성된 양극에서 최소한 상기 기층의 표면의 바나듐, 니오븀, 탄탈럼, 텅스텐 및 이 금속들의 합금 중에서 선택한 것으로 구성되며, 또 란탄류, 악틴류 등과 같은 원 소주기표의 ⅢB족 및 Ⅳ족의 금속과 상기 금속들과의 합금중에서 선택한 것으로 구성되며, 상기 기층의 표면은 귀금속, 귀금속합금, 산화귀금속, 비귀금속산화물중 하나로 구성된 내부식성, 전기촉매성 표피가 형성되어 있는 양극에 있어서, 상기 표피는 비소, 안티몬, 비스머스 및 주석중 한 원소의 최소한 하나의 화합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 상기 양극.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기촉매성 표피는 Pt, SbOx, nH2O, IrO2, TaO2, As2O3, PbO2, IrO2, Sb2O3및 PbO3, SbOx, nH2O중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기양극.
  3. 양극에 불용성제품을 형성할 수 있고, 수용액으로부터 금속들을 회수하는 전기화학적 전해조에 있어서, 상기 전해조는 최소한 한쌍의 양극과 음극을 수용하는 하우징을 구비하며, 상기 제1항의 양극을 양극으로 사용하여 구성시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 전해조.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 전기촉매성 표피는 Pt, SbOx, nH2O, IrO2, TaO2, As2O3, PbO2, IrO2, Sb2O3및 PbO3, SbOx, nH2O중에서 선택한 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 전해조.
  5. 불화물 착음이온을 함유하는 산성 전해용액으로부터 전해작용에 의해 납을 회수하는 방법에 있어서 상기 제1항에 양극으로 사용하고, 2산화연의 양극석출을 방지하기에 충분한 양으로, 그리고 납의 음극 석출에 영향을 주기에는 충분치 않은 양으로 억제제를 상기 산성용액내에 첨가시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 전기촉매성 표피는 Pt, SbOx, nH2O, IrO2, TaO2, As2O3, PbO2, IrO2, Sb2O3및 PbO2, Sbx, nH2O중에서 선택된 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 억제제는 H2PO4이며, 2000ppm이하로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 억제제는 비소이며, 250ppm이하로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 억제제는 안티몬이며, 200ppm이하로 첨가시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
