Abstract

L'invenzione descrive un metodo di produzione di manufatti in biossido di stagno sinterizzato da polvere e drogato con additivi diretti ad abbassare la temperatura di sinterizzazione e ad aumentare la conducibilità elettrica.Detto metodo comprende i seguenti passaggi: - precalcinazione della polvere di biossido di stagno - miscelazione della polvere precalcinata di biossido di stagno con le polveri degli additivi - colaggio ad umido in stampi di gesso alabastro o simili - essiccamento naturale in detti stampi - essiccamento forzato in aria dopo estrazione da detti stampi - sinterizzazione in forno a gas o simile attrezzatura.
