Claims (10)

  1. 적어도 7㎛의 평균 기공크기의 이산화티타늄을 함유한 소결된 이산화티타늄 분말로 제조되고, 약 대략 3∼15㎛의 평균 기공크기를 함유하고, 약 1∼4㎛사이의 범위에서 가파른 기공크기 분포 및 대략 30 부피%보다 큰 전체 수은 다공율을 함유하여 분리와 여과에서 멤브레인의 지지체용 다공성 티타니아 기질.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기질이 적어도 50㎏/㎤의 파괴계수(MOR)를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 티타니아 기질.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 전체 수은 다공율이 적어도 약 40%인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 티타니아 기질.
  4. 제 1항, 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 기질의 평균 기공 크기가 약 5∼15㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 티타니아 기질.
  5. 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 기질이 벌집형 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 티타니아 기질.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 벌집형 구조의 횡단 단면적이 적어도 7.75cells/㎤을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 티타니아 기질.
  7. 제 1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기질은 그위에 형성된 미세 다공성 티타니아 분리 멤브레인을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 티타니아 기질.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인은 적어도 100㎛의 용질 도는 부유입자 또는 분자를 분리하거나 여과하여 제거할 수 있는 기공크기를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 티타니아 기질.
  9. 제 7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인은 연속적으로 입자 크기가 작아지는 미세 티타니아 분말의 다층구조로 제조되고, 바람직하게는 약 1∼50㎛의 두께를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 티타니아 기질.
  10. (a) 적어도 7㎛의 입자크기와 약 1∼4㎛사이의 범위에서 좁은 기공크기 분포를 가진 티타니아 입자를 함유한 적어도 하나의 티타니아 분말로 부터 기질 또는 지지체를 제조하는 단계 및 (b)상기의 기질 또는 지지체를 약 1,100∼1,460℃의 범위에서 소결하는 단계로 구성된 제 1항 내지 제 9항중 어느 한항에 의해 제조된 다공성 티타니아 기질 또는 지지체의 제조방법.
