Claims (2)

  1. 모체가 카드뮴 및 아연 설파이드계이며 부활제로서 은(Ag)을 사용하는 저속전자선용 적색 형광체에 있어서, 상기 적색형광체 100g에 대하여, 인듐옥사이드(In2O2)와 제어산화철(Fe2O2) 및 산화주석 (SnO2)으로되는 군으로부터 선택되는 도전성물질 5-25g, 니트로셀룰로오즈 및 에틸셀룰로오즈증 어느하나인 바이더 0.3∼2.5g, 노말부틸 아세테이트인 경화제 10∼100㎖, 알콜 및 아세톤 중 어느하나인 분산제 20∼300㎖, 둘이 혼합첨가되어 형성되는 저속전자선용 적생형광체.
  2. 모체가 카드뮴 및 아연 설파이드계이며 부활제로서 은(Ag)를 사용하는 저속전자선용 적색형광체에 있어서, 도전성물질과 바인터를 함께 볼밀하고, 경화제와 분산제를 첨가하여 상기 적색형광체와 함께 혼합 반죽하며, 건조시켜서 체분리하는 저속전자선용 적색형광체 제조방법.
