Claims (1)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 7-아실-7-데아세틸포르스콜린 유도체를 비양자성 용매 중에서 강염기와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 6-아실-7-데아세틸포르스콜린을 제조하는 방법.상기에서, R'은 임의로 에스테르화되거나, 에테르화되거나, 실릴화된 화이드록실 그룹이며, R2는 아실 그룹이고, R3는 탄소수 2 내지 3인 탄화수소 그룹이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
