제3도는 SUS 430 강으로부터 앵커보울트(anchor boit)를 단조가공하는 공정을 나타내는 설명도.

Claims (4)

  1. 단조 가공용 강재로 향해서 분무되고, 그 강재에 윤활피막을 형성하는 단조 가공용 윤활제로서 열에 의해 응용하는 성질을 가진 수지와 무기계 윤활제와를 배합시킨 분말체로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 단조 가공용 윤활제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분무가 접지한 단조 가공용 강재를 배치한 폐쇄공간내에 대전상태의 분말을 불어넣어서 행하는 정전분무법에 의한 것을 특징으로 하는 단조가공용 윤활제.
  3. 열에 의해 응용하는 성질을 가진 윤활물질 또는 열에 의해 용융하는 성질을 가진 물질과 윤활물질과의 혼합물로 된 윤활제 분말(117)을 사용해서 선재료(103)의 표면에 윤활피막을 형성하는 선재료(103)의 윤활피막 형성방법으로서 전기한 선재료(103)을 접지함과 동시에 전기한 윤활제 분말(117)을 대전시켜서 분무상태로 한 정전분무실(109)내를 통과시켜 그 후 선재료(103)의 표면을 전기한 윤활제분말(117)에 대해서의 열에 의해 용융하는 성질에 대응하는 온도범위로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선재료의 윤활피막 형성방법.
  4. 열에 의해 용융하는 성질을 가진 윤활물질 또는 열에 의해 용융하는 성질을 가진 물질과 윤활물질과 혼합물로 된 윤활제 분말(117)을 사용해서 선재료(103)으 표면에 윤활피막을 형성하는 선재료(103)의 윤활피막 형성방법으로서, 전기한 선재료(103)을 전기한 윤활제분말(117)에 대해서의 열에 의해 용융하는 성질에 대응하는 온도범위로 가열함과 동시에 접지해서, 전기한 윤활제 분말(117)을 대전시켜서 분무상태로 한 정전분무실(109)내를 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 선재료의 윤활피막 형성방법.
