Abstract

1. Procedimiento de preparación de un agente de emulsión para voladuras caracterizado porque inicialmente de forma preferente se disuelve la(s) sal(es) oxidante(s) en el agua (o una solución acuosa de agua y combustible líquido miscible a una temperatura elevada de aproximadamente 25 a aproximadamente 110 grados centígrados, según el punto en blanco de la solución salina, el emulsionador y el combustible orgánico líquido inmiscible se añaden entonces a la solución acuosa y a continuación se agita con vigor suficiente para invertir las fases y producir un emulsión de la solución acuosa en una fase de combustible hidrocarbúrico líquido continua, la agitación debe de continuarse hasta que la formulación sea uniforme y luego, pueden añadirse y agitarse durante toda la formulación ingredientes sólidos tales como microbalones o combustible sólido en su caso, para disminuir la densidad.
