Claims (3)

  1. 복합영상신호 형태로 입력되는 NTSC신호를 일정 주파수로 표본화하여 디지틀신호로 변환하는 아날로그/디지틀 변환부(10)와, 상기 NTSC신호에서 수평 동기 신호를 분리하는 수평동기 분리부(20)와, 상기 수평동기분리부(20)에서 출력되는 수평동기 신호에 고정된 클럭신호를 상기 아날로그/디지틀 변환부(10)로 전송하는 PLL부(30)와, 상기 아날로그/디지틀 변환부(10)에서 전송되는 디지틀 신호를 휘도와 색신호로 분리하는 휘도 및 색신호 분리부(40)를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 휘도/색신호 전처리장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, PLL부(30)는 상기 수평동기 분리부(20)에서 분리된 수평동기신호를 듀티 50%의 15.734kHz 신호로 변환시키는 멀티 바이브레이터(30a)와, 13.5MHz의 발진주파수를 858 분주하여 그 분주주파수인 15.734kHz를 출력하는 분주기(30b)와, 상기 멀티 바이브레이터(30a)와 분주기(30b)의 출력 신호 위상을 비교하여 그 비교값을 출력하는 위상비교기(30c)와, 상기 위상비교기(30c)에서 출력되는 비교값을 필터링하는 저역통과필터(30d)와, 상기 분주기(30d)에 13.5MHz의 발진주파수를 전송하고 저역통과필터(30d)에서 필터링된 신호를 동기화시켜 13.5MHz의 클럭신호를 아날로그/디지틀 변환부(10)로 전송하는 VCO(30e)를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 휘도/색신호 전처리장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 휘도 및 색신호 분리부(40)는 상기 PLL부(30)에서 발생하는 13.5MHz의 클럴신호에 아날로그/디지틀 변환부(10)의 디지틀 신호를 동기시켜 메모리하는 1,2라인메모리(40a,40b)와, 상기 아날로그/디지틀 변환부(10)와, 1,2라인메모리(40a,40b)의 출력단에서 전송되는 각각의 디지틀 데이타에 응답하여 휘도 및 색신호를 빗살형으로 필터링된 신호로 분리하기 위한 빗살형 필터(40c)와, 상기 빗살형 필터(40c)에서 필터링된 신호중 색도 신호를 통과시키는 대역통과필터(40d)와, 상기 제1라인메모리(40a)에서 출력되는 신호를 일정시간 지연시키는 지연부(40e)와, 상기 대역통과필터(40d)와 지연부(40e)에서 각각 출력되는 신호를 합산하는 합산부(40f)와, 상기 대역통과필터(40d)를 통과한 색도신호를 Cos, Sin의 신호성분을 각각 합하여 출력하는 제1,2멀티 플라이어(40g, 40h)와, 상기 합산부(40f) 및 제1,2멀티 플라이어(40g,40h)의 출력단에서 각각 전송되는 신호를 필터링하여 휘도(Y)와 색도(R-Y, B-Y)신호를 출력하는 제1,2,3저역통과필터(40i, 40j, 40k)를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 휘도/색신호 전처리장치.
