제2도는 정류판이 설치된 경우와 정류판이 설치안된 경우에 있어서의 기구오차성적을 비교한 설명 그래프.
Claims (3)
- 측정된 유체의 유동을 노즐입구로 안내하는 정류판은 노즐입구 상류측에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체유량계.
- 엘보우형상의 정류판은 측정된 유체가 그 측방향으로부터 노즐입구 안으로 유동하는 가스유동채널내의 노즐입구에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체유량계.
- 측정된 유체의 유동방향에 대향한 입구 및 노즐입구를 향항 출구를 형성하는 정류판을 설치하고 그 내부내에서 측정된 유체의 유동을 분할하는 분할유동채널을 포함한 구조인것을 특징으로 하는 유체유량계.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
