제1도는 이 발명의 한 실시예에 의한 카르먼 와류량계의 횡단면도, 제3도는 이 발명의 다른 실시예에 의한 카르먼 와류량계의 횡단면도, 제4도는 이 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 의한 카르먼 와류량계의 전체 구성도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 피측정유체가 흐르는 도관내에 이 유체의 흐름과 직교하여 배치된 와류발생주와, 이 와류발생주의 하류측 도관벽에 설치하여 초음파를 동시에 발신하는 복수의 초음파 송신기와, 이 송신기에 대향하는 도관벽부분에 설치한 초음파수신기를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 카르먼와류량계.
  2. 피측정체가 흐르는 도관내에 이 유체의 흐름과 직교하여 배치된 와류발생주와, 이 와류발생주의 하류측 도관벽에 설치한 제1초음파 송신기와, 이 제1송신기보다 약간 하류측 도관벽에 설치한 제2초음파 송신기와, 제2송신기에 대향하는 도관벽에 설치한 초음파 수신기와, 상기 제1 및 제2의 초음파 송신기를 절환하는 절환수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 카르먼와류량계.
