Claims (8)
- 도관내를 흐르는 공기와 고체입자 혼합물의 질량유동비를 측정하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 도관내에 설치되는 오리피스 유량계와, 상기 오리피스유량계를 가로지르는 압력차를 측정하기 위한 압력차측정기 및 상기 도관에 연결된 질량반력유량계로 이루어지되, 상기 질량반력유량계가 상기 도관에 부착된 고정단과 자유단을 가지는 내부엘보우와, 상기 내부엘보우를 둘러싸서 한쪽 선단이 내부엘보우의 고정단가까이에 부착되어 있는 외부엘보우 및 상기 엘보우를 통하여 흐르는 유체의 흐름 방향이 바뀌어져 유체에 의해 내부엘보우에 가해지는 반력을 감지하도록 내부엘보우에 부착 설치된 감지 요소를 갖는 부하전지로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 질량 유송비 측정 장치를 갖춘 질량측정 유량계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압력차 측정기가 오리피스판의 양쪽측면에 배열된 제1 및 제2 다이아프램형 밀봉압력탭으로 이루어진 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부엘보우와 외부엘보우 사이에 환형공간을 형성시켜 시일부재로서 밀폐시키고, 상기 환형공간내에 진동감쇄용 유체를 채운 것.
- 제3항에 있어서, 외부엘보우가 내부엘보우의 고정단가 까이에 고정 부착되고 내부엘보우의 자유단에서 상기 내 운부엘보우가 가요성 있게 연결된 것.
- 제3항에 있어서, 환형공간과 상기 환형공간의 하류도관 사이에 압력 평행라인이 연결되고 상기 압력평행라인에 이완 대비용 유체 저장고가 연결되어 있는 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부엘보우가 고정단 가까이에서 도관에 연결되는 제1 구획과 이와 동축을 이르는 제2 구획으로 나누어지고 상기 제1 및 제2 구획이 가요성 시일에 의해 연결된 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부엘보우의 만곡부 내면에 마모판이 부착된 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외부엘보우에 제한기가 부착되어 내부엘보우가 규정치 이상으로 비껴져 기울어질때 내부엘 보우에 접촉되도록 한 것.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
