Claims (1)
- 본관내에 오리피스 또는 피토우관 등을 설치하여, 바이패스 유량을 발생시켜, 그 바이패스의 일부에 면적식 유량계를 설치하여, 바이패스 유량을 측정함으로써 본관의 전유량을 알수 있는 유랑계에 있어서, 바이패스유로의 일부에 통로의 벽사이의 거리가 좁은 곳을 설치하여 바이패스 통로를 흐르는 유체량을 점도의 영향에 의하여 변화시켜서, 면적유량계내의 플로우트의 이동위치의 점도의 변화에 의한 차이를 근사적으로 상쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점도의 변화에 대한 영향이 적은 유량계.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
