Claims (3)

  1. 생체분자의 변성을 방지하기에 충분한 범위내에서, 전착시키려는 생체분자의 모든 종이 그 각각의 등전점에 의해 동일한 순 전하 극성을 갖도록 하는 값으로 완충시킨, 전착시키려는 적어도 한종의 생체분자 용액을 제조하고, 상기 생체분자 감지 전극과 반대 전극을 상기 용액에 함침시킨후, 1V미만의 가변 전위(이 전위는 전착시키려는 생체분자를 상기 생체분자 감지 전극쪽으로 이동시키고 그 전극상에 축적시키기에 충분한 실질적으로 일정한 전류를 상기 전극사이에 제공하도록 선택된 방식으로 변화 시킨다)를 상기 생체분자 감지 전극과 반대 전극사이에 가하는 단계를 포함하는, 생체분자 성분을 갖는 생체분자 감지 전극의 제조방법.
  2. 단백질의 변성을 방지하기에 충분한 범위내로 완충시킨, 전착시키려는 적어도 한 종의 단백질 용액을 제조하고, 상기 생체분자 감지 전극 및 반대 전극을 상기 용액중에 합침시킨후, 1V미만의 가변 전위(이 전위는 전착시키려는 생체분자를 상기 생체분자 감지 전극쪽으로 이동시키고 그 전극상에 축적시키기에 충분한 실질적으로 일정한 전류를 상기 전극사이에 제공하도록 선택된 방식으로 시간에 따라 변화시킨다)를 상기 생체분자 감지 전극과 반대 전극 사이에 가하고, 상기 생체분자 감지 전극상에 전착된 상기 축적물을 가교결합제로 가교결합시켜 상기 생체분자 감지 전극상에 수-불용성 괴를 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는, 단백질성 성분을 갖는 생체분자 감지 전극의 제조방법.
  3. 생체분자 감지 전극상에 전착시키려는 글루코즈 옥시다제의 용액을 제조하고, 상기 생체분자 감지 전극 및 반대 전극을 상기 용액중에 함침시킨 후, 1V미만의 가변 전위(이 전위는 전착시키려는 글루코즈 옥시다제를 생체분자 감지 전극쪽으로 이동시키고 그 전극상에 10㎛이상의 필름을 축적시키기에 충분한 실질적으로 일정한 전류를 상기 전극사이에 제공하도록 선택된 방식으로 시간에 따라 변화시킨다)를 상기 생체분자 감지 전극과 반대 전극 사이에 가하는 단계를 포함하는 효소 생체분자 감지기의 제조방법.
