Claims (10)

  1. (a)하기 구조식의 헥사펩티드를 함유한 화합물을 pH4 또는 그 이하의 수성 용매에 용해시키는 단계, (b)수득 용액을 감압하에 약28℃내지 37℃의 온도에서 농축하여 약4.5 내지 약4.8의 pH를 지니는 용액을 수득하는 단계, 및 (c)하기 헥사펩티드의 결정체를 형성하기에 충분한 시간동안 농축 용액의 온도를 6내지 20℃로 유지시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 구조식의 헥사펩티드의 산부가염 결정체를 제조하는 방법.

  2. (a)하기 구조식의 헥사펩티드를 아세트산 수용액에 용해시키는 단계, (b)수득 용액을 감압하에 약30℃내지 약40℃의 온도에서 농축시키는 단계, (c)농축 용액의 pH를 측정하는 단계, (d)농축 용액의 pH가 4.5 내지 4.8이 아닌경우, (b)와 (c)단계를 반복하여, pH가 4.5 내지 4.8인 용액을 수득하는 단계, (e)결정체를 형성하기에 충분한 시간 동안 농축 용액의 온도를 6℃내지 20℃로 유지시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식의 헥사펩티드의 아세트산 부가염 결정체를 제조하는 방법.

  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 농축 용액에 물-혼화성 유기 용매를 첨가는 것을 부가로 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수성 용매가 10% 아세트산 수용액인 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화합물의 6℃ 내지 20℃의 온도로 유지된 농축용액에 첨가하는 것을 부가로 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 수성 용액에 용해된 상기 화합물이 최소한 92%(HPLC로 측정)의 헥사펩티드를 함유하는 펩티드 성분을 포함하는 방법.
  7. H-Meto2-Glu-His-Phe-D-Lys-Phe-OH을 함유한 86 내지 91%중량%의 펩티드 성분 및 산부가염에 해당하는 6.0 내지 9.6중량%의 산을 함유하는 H-Meto2-His-Phe-D-Lys-Phe-OH의 결정성 산부가염.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 1.6 내지 3.2%의 물을 부가로 포함하는 결정성 산부 가염.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 펩티드 성분이 거의 H-Meto2-Glu-His-Phe-D-Lys-Phe-OH로 이루어진 결정성 산부가염.
  10. H-Meto2-Glu-His-Lys-Phe-D-Phe-OH의 결정성 산부가염을 함유하여 비내로 투여 가능한 약학적 조성물.
