Claims (10)
- 중간물 N-포스포노메틸이미노디아세트산-N-옥사이드를 형성하기 위해 과산화물로 N-포스포노메틸이미노아세트산을 산화시켜 N-포스포노메틸글리신을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 중간물을 N-포스포노메틸글리신으로 전환시키기 위해 철, 아연, 알루미늄, 바나듐, 구리로 구성된 그룹에서 선택한 금속이나 수용성 바나듐 화합물, 철염, 구리염으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택한 화합물의 촉매량을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매는 철, 아연, 알루미늄, 바나듐, 구리로 구성된 그룹에서 선택한 금속임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 금속의 촉매량은 N-포스포노메틸이미노디아세트산-N-옥사이드의 중량기준으로 0.1-10wt%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 촉매는 철임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매는 수용성 바나듐 화합물, 철염, 구리염으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 중간물 N-포스포노메틸이미노디아세트산-N-옥사이드를 전환시키기 위한 촉매량은 존재하는 N-포스포노메틸이미노디아세트산-N-옥사이드의 중량 기준으로 0.005-0.5wt%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 촉매량은 0.01-2.0wt%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 촉매는 수용성 철염임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 촉매는 수용성 바나듐 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
