Claims (10)

  1. 중간물 N-포스포노메틸이미노디아세트산-N-옥사이드를 형성하기 위해 과산화물로 N-포스포노메틸이미노아세트산을 산화시켜 N-포스포노메틸글리신을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 중간물을 N-포스포노메틸글리신으로 전환시키기 위해 철, 아연, 알루미늄, 바나듐, 구리로 구성된 그룹에서 선택한 금속이나 수용성 바나듐 화합물, 철염, 구리염으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택한 화합물의 촉매량을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매는 철, 아연, 알루미늄, 바나듐, 구리로 구성된 그룹에서 선택한 금속임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 금속의 촉매량은 N-포스포노메틸이미노디아세트산-N-옥사이드의 중량기준으로 0.1-10wt%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 촉매는 철임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매는 수용성 바나듐 화합물, 철염, 구리염으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 중간물 N-포스포노메틸이미노디아세트산-N-옥사이드를 전환시키기 위한 촉매량은 존재하는 N-포스포노메틸이미노디아세트산-N-옥사이드의 중량 기준으로 0.005-0.5wt%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 촉매량은 0.01-2.0wt%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 촉매는 수용성 철염임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 촉매는 수용성 바나듐 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 촉매는 바나딜설페이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
