Claims (7)

  1. 첫번째 액체와두번째 액체를 구성하는 음료를 분해하기 위해서 첫번째 액체를 첫번째 부분과 두번째 부분으로 분리하기 위한 분리수단; 첫번째 액체의 첫번째 부분과 두번째 액체의 혼합물을 형성하는 첫 번째 혼합수단;첫번째 액체의 두번째 부분과 언급된 혼합물을 혼합하는 두번째 혼합수단; 그리고 첫번째 액체의 배출량이 유입량보다 적어 축압기실이 분배 싸이클 부분동안 첫번재 액체를 축적하도록 크기가 정해진 포트를 정의하는, 여기서 언급된 포트는 또한 0.5 lb/inch2의 크기로 압력손실을 하는 크기이고, 벽을 갖는 축압기실수단.

  3. 첫번째 액체와 두번째 액체를 구성하는 음료를 분배하기 위해서 : 첫번째 액체를 첫번째 부분과 두번째 부분으로 분리하기 위한 분리수단; 첫번째 액체의 첫번째 부분과 두번째 액체의 혼합물을 형성하는 첫번째 혼합수단: 첫번째 액체의 두번째 부분과 언급된 혼합물을 혼합하는 두번째 혼합수단: 첫번째 액체의 배출량이 유입량보다 적어 축압기실이 분배 싸이클 부분동안 첫번째 액체를 축적하도록 크기가 정해진 포트를 정의하는 벽을 갖는 축압기실 수단; 그리고 유입구와 배출구를 갖는 두번째 액체를 위한 유입구관수단과 바닥에 대와 상부에 정점을 갖는 그안에 유입구관수단의 배출구로 유도되는 정점을 갖추는 원추모양의 돌출부.

  6. 분배싸이클에서 다수의 액체를 혼합하기 위해 : 분배싸이클동안 첫번째 율로 들어가는 첫번째 액체를 위한 축압기실과 원형의 형식에 배열된, 첫번째 액체의 배출량이 유입량보다 직어 축압기실이 분배싸이클의 부분동안 첫번째 액체를 축적하도록 크기가 정해진 다수의 이격된 구멍을 정의하는 벽을 포함하는 배출구: 축압기실의 배출구에 연결된 유입구를 갖고, 첫번째 액체를 내부와 외부부분으로 분리하기 위해 원형형식안에 배열된 다수의 이격된 구멍을 내부배출구 구멍의 원형형식외부에 위치한 분리기실외부배출구 구멍으로 정의하는 벽을 포함하는 내부와 외부배출구를 갖는 분리기실; 구모양의 외부표면 몸체바닥에 중심적으로 위치한 고리모양의 방출구멍과 바닥에 대화 상부에 장점을 갖는 원추모양의 돌출부를 정의하는 내부공동을 갖는 몸체 ; 첫번째 액체외부 부분을 위한 다수의 외부관, 분배기관 외부 배출구 구멍에 연결된 유입구와 몸체의 구모양 외부표면에 유도된 배출구를 갖는 각 외부관, 몸체주위에 원주상으로 배열되어 첫번개 액체외부분이 몸체의 방출구멍쪽으로 몸체의 구모양 외부표면의 원주주위에 밑으로 흐르도록 유도된 언급된 외부가 배출구: 원추모양의 돌출부의 정점에 유도되어 두번째 액체가 원추모양의 돌출부의 원주주위에 밑으로 흐르도록 하는 배출구를 갖는 두번째 액체를 위한 유입구 관; 그리고 첫번째 액체내부부분을 위한 다수의 내부관; 분리기 실내부 배출구 구멍에 연결된 첫번재 유입구,원추모양의 돌출부 내에 + 접한 몸체공동에 연결된 두번째 유입구와 몸체의 방출구 구멍에 연결된 배출구를 갖는 각각의 내부관, 원추모양의 돌출부 대주위에 원주상으로 배열되어 두번째 액체가 내부과 두번째 유입구안으로 흐르도록 유도되고 다수의 내부관안에서 첫번째 액체내부 부분과 섞이도록 하는 언급된 내부관 두번째 유입구: 여기서 첫번째 액체내부 부분과 두번째 액체의 혼합물은 중앙 기둥안에 있는 몸체의 바닥방출구멍으로부터 방출되며 첫 번재 액체 외부 부분은 중앙혼합물 기둥주위에 원추모양의 기둥안에서 노즐로 부터 방출된다를 구성하는 음료배분기에서의 노즐.
