Claims (9)
- 잉크공급로 및 상기 잉크공급로의 유출 말단에 일렬로 배치된 유출구를 포함하며, 연속식 잉크 분사 원리에 따라 작동하는 잉크 제트 방식 인쇄기용 제트 노즐에 있어서, 잉크공급로(2)가 내장된 본질적으로 변형될 수 없는 재질의 블럭형 하우징(1)으로 구성되며, 상기 잉크공급로(2)의 유출말단(4)측 직경은 매우 작고, 유출구(8)이 하우징(1)에 고정되는 잉크공급로(2)의 말단 벽면에 조립되며, 상기 유출구(8)은 직경이 매우 작고 상기 직경보다 더 긴 길이를 가지며, 상기 잉크공급로(2)의 유출 말단(4)가까이 상기 하우징(1)에 초음파 진동 부품(12)가 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 제트 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(1)이 금속, 바람직하게는 스테인레스 강으로 제작됨을 특징으로 하는 제트 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잉크공급로(2)의 말단 벽면이 상기 잉크공급로(2)의 유출 말단(4)에서 하우징(1)에 고정되는 별개의 박판(7)에 의해 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 제트 노즐.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 판(7)이 접착제를 사용한 접착 수단에의해 하우징에 접합됨을 특징으로 하는 제트 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유출구(8)의 직경이 3내지 30μ, 바람직하게는 6내지 20μ이며, 유출구(8)의 길이/직경비는 3내지 30, 바람직하게는 4내지 20임을 특징으로 하는 제트 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잉크공급로(2)의 유출 말단(4)측 직경이 0.2내지 1㎜사이에 있음을 특징으로 하는 제트 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초음파 진동부품(12)가 잉크공급로(2)옆에 평행하게 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 제트 노즐.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 초음파 진동부품(12)가 접착제에 의해 상기 하우징(1)의 오목부분 내에 고착됨을 특징으로 하는 제트 노즐.
- 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(1)에 제트 노즐의 중심조정을 위해 끼움면이 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 제트 노즐.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
