Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent ink from entering a rear driving section along wire by providing an ink supply section in the rear of an end guide of a printing head and forming an ink receiving section in the intermediate part of the wire. CONSTITUTION:The intermediate part of a wire 6, located in the rear of an intermediate guide 4, is furnished with a circular bump 11 and ink 10 coming out of the gap between a dot opening 8 and the wire 6 and along the wire 6 is prevented from entering a driving section 2 and kept at the circular bump 11. A wipe guide 12 is furnished at the rear of the intermediate guide 4 at the distance where the circular bump 11 does not touch the same. The wipe guide 12 has a circular opening 13 where the wire 6 goes through and forms the circular opening 13 downward constituting a V shape ink discharge groove 14. Accordingly, the ink 10 coming backward from the gap between the dot opening 8 and the wire 6 is stopped at the circular bump 11, wiped at the wipe guide 12, flows downward through the discharge groove 14, and goes out through a discharge opening 17, thus never entering the driving section 2.
