Claims (26)

  1. 유효량의 디모펜틴 또는 그 유사체를 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체에 함유시켜서 되는 피부장애의 국소치료용 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 그 량이 디모펜틴 약 0.1-약 10wt.％인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 담체를 크림, 겔, 연고 및 로유션 중에서 선택하여서 되는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 담체가 수중유적형(O/W 형)에멀젼인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 친유성을 가지며 소수성말단을 가진 탄소원자수 18이하의 긴 사슬의 알킬 또는 알케닐 화합물을 최소한 한가지를 함유하는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 화합물이 스테아릴 알코올, 세틸 알코올, 올레일 알코올, 말레익 알코올 또는 팔미틸 알코올 중에서 선택되는 지방산 알코올 또는 지방 알코올인 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 보습제를 함유하는 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 보습제가 글리세린인 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 왁스질의 피부 표현을 침투할 수 있는 물질을 함유하는 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 이 물질이 계면활성제인 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 계면활성제를 소디움 라우틸 술페이트 및 폴리옥시 에틸렌 40 스테아레이트 중에서 선택하여서 되는 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 물을 함유하는 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 탄소원자수가 16-18 유리지방산을 함유하는 조성물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 지방산을 스테아레이트 및 팔미테이트 중에서 선택하여서 되는 조성물.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물을 완충시키고 그 치료 수명을 길게하는 pH 안정제를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 안정제가 글리신인 조성물.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 피부에 대한 디모펜틴의 방출을 촉진하는 임의의 비활성 증강제 성분들을 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 이들 성분을 M피롤, 시트레이트, 말레산, EDTA 및 카르보풀 중에서 선택하여서 되는 조성물.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, pH가 약 7정도인 조성물.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 지방산 알코올 약 30％, 글리세린 약 3-4％, 계면활성제 약 2-5％, 석유 젤리 약 30-35％, 유리지방산 약 0-2％ 및 나머지를 물로 함유하는 조성물.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, pH 안정제, 한가지 이상의 임의의 증강제 및 한가지 이상의 보존제를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
  22. 제1항에 있어서, 지방산 알코올 약 2-7％, 글리세린 약 1-3％, 광유 약 5-15％, 계면활성제 약 5-7％, 유리지방산 약 0-3％, 정재수 약 50-70％, pH 안정제 약 0-10％ 및 보존제 약 0-0.3％을 함유하는 조성물.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 디모펜틴 약 10％, 세틸알코올 및 스테아릴알코올의 혼합물 약 7％, 글리세린 약 1％, 광유 약 15％, 정제수 약 50.7％, 글리신 약 10％, 계면활성제 약 6％ 및 보존제 약 0.3％를 함유하는 조성물.
  24. 치료를 필요로 하는 포유동물의 피부 장애가 있는곳에 유효량의 디모펜틴 또는 그 유사체를 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체중에 함유시킨 국소용 제제를 직접 투여하는 피부장애의 자극을 경감시키는 방법.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 피부장애가 습진, 건선, 헤르페스 심플렉스 병변, 옷, 과민선 피부염, 만성 피부염, 접촉 피부염 또는 자극성 피부염을 대상으로 하는 방법.
  26. 약 2-5마이크론 크기의 초미세분쇄한 디모펜틴 유효량을 에멀젼중에 균일히 분포시키고 조성물의 pH를 약 7이 되게한 디모펜틴 또는 그 유사체로 된 국소용 제제 제조방법.
