Claims (13)
- 벤질톨루엔, 벤질크실렌, (메틸벤질)톨루엔 및 (메틸벤질)크실렌을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기일반식(A)의 이성질체 또는 이성질체의 혼합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물:〔식중, R1, R2, R3및 R4는 동일하거나 상이하며 H 또는 CH3를 나타내고, n1및 n2는 n1+n2가 1, 2또는 3인 조건하에 0, 1또는 2을 나타낸다.〕
- 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(A)의 이성질체 40중량 부당 2개의 벤젠고리를 갖는 생성물 60중량부 이상을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 2개의 벤젠고리를 갖는 4개의 생성물중의 벤질톨루엔이 상기 4개의 생성물 총량의 30중량%이상, 유리하게는 50중량%이상, 및 바람직하게는 70중량%이상인 조성물.
- 유전체, 특히 변압기, 축전기 및 전선을 위한 제1항내 지 제4항중어느 한항에 따른 조성물의 응용.
- 제1단계에서 톨루엔 및 크실렌의 혼합물을 부분적 유리-라디칼 염소화시킨후, 2단계에서 1단계로부터 수득한 혼합물을 프리텔-크라프츠 촉매와 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는, 디페닐메탄의 메틸화 및 벤질화유도체의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제1단계에서 크실렌 및 톨루엔의 혼합물10∼30몰% 만을 해당 염소화 유도체로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 축합반응후에, 염소화 유기 생성물을 소듐 또는 알칼리 금속알콜레이트, 바람직하게는 소듐 메톡시드와의 반응에 의해 제거함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 2개의 벤젠고리를 갖는 생성물을 전체 또는 부분적으로 축합단계로 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항 및 제9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 저염소함량의 디페닐메탄의 메틸화 및 벤질화 유도체를 회수하기 위해 증류시켜서 수득한 무거운 분획을 부분 또는 전체적으로 염소화 유기생성물 제거단계로 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 염화제이철을 축합촉매로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 염화제이철을 제거하지 않고 염소화 유기생성물을 제거함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 프리델-크라프츠 촉매 존재하에 벤질 크로라이드 및 메틸벤질 클로라이드의 혼합물을 톨루엔 및 크실렌의 혼합물과 축합시킴을 특징으로 하는 디페닐 메탄의 메틸화 및 벤질화 유도체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
