Claims (20)

  1. 하중-지지 필라멘트 및 접착제 필라멘트( 이때, 접착제 필라멘트의 용점은 하중-지지 필라멘트의 융점보다 낮으며 그 차는 30℃미만이다)로 부터 형성된 접착제-합체화 스펀 본드(spunbonded)웹.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기본 중량이 50내지 500g/㎡의 범위인 스펀 본드 웹.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하중-지지 필라멘트 및 접착제 필라멘트가 폴리에스테르로 제조되는 스펀 본드 웹.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하중-지지 필라멘트 및 접착제 필라멘트의 데니어가 1내지 20 dtex의 범위인 스펀 본드 웹.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착제 필라멘트의 비율이 5내지 25중량%인 스펀 본드 웹.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착제 필라멘트의 데니어가 하중-지지 필라멘트의 데니어보다 작은 스펀 본드 웹.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하중-지지 필라멘트를 폴리에스틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 제조하는 스펀 본드 웹.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착제 필라멘트의 용점이 하중-지지 필라멘트의 융점보다 20°C 미만 만큼 낮은 스펀 본드 웹.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착제 필라멘트의, 융점이 하중-지지 필라멘트의 융접보다 10내지 20°C정도 낮은 스펀 본드 웹.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착제 필라멘트를, 이소프탈산으로 개질시켜 융점을 저하시킨 폴리에스테르로 제조하는 스펀 본드 웹.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하중-지지 필라멘트 및 접착제 필라멘트를 방염성 폴리에스테르로 제조하는 스펀 본드 웹.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착제 필라멘트가 대전 방지제. 특히 카본 블랙을 함유하는 스펀 본드 웹.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하중-지지 필라멘트 및 접착제 필라멘트의 층 구조를 갖는 스펀 본드 웹.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 두개의 외부 층이 접착제 필라멘트를 함유하지 않는 스펀 본드 웹.
  15. 하중-지지 필라멘트의 융점보다 30℃미만 정도 낮은 융점을 갖는 접착제 필라멘트와 하중-지지 필라멘트를 부착시키는 단계를 특징으로 하여, 하중-지지 필라멘트 및 접착제 필라멘트를 부착시키는 통상적인 방법으로 랜덤 웹을 형성시킴으로써 제1항의 스펀 본드 웹을 제조하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 회전 충돌 플레이트 및 하류 가이드 표면을 사용하여 필라멘트를 부착시키는 방법.
  17. 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 다수의 연속적인 부착기 구성요소의 열(웹 전달 수단의 이동 방향)부터 필라멘트를 부착시키는 방법.
  18. 제15항 내지 제17항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하중-지지 필라멘트 및 접착제 필라멘트용 중합체를 방사시키고 이를 언급된 중량비에서 이성분 필라멘트로서 부착시키는 방법.
  19. 제15항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하중-지지 필라멘트의 융점내지 접착제 필라멘트의 융점의 온도에서 열처리시킴으로써 웹을 합체화시키는 방법.
