Claims (4)
- 스위치로서 Kil A-Kor A 시스템을 사용하고 발현시킬 유전자를 Kil A 조절 영역과 커플링시키며 스위치 온 되도록 Kor A 단백질을 불활성화시키거나 제거시킴을 특징으로 하는, 스트렙토마이세테스 숙주 균주내에서 유전자의 조절된 발현 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온도-민감성 Kor A 단백질을 발현시키고 온도를 이의 역치 이상으로 상승시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,Kor A 유전자를 스위치 가능한 프로모터의 조절하에 있도록 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,Kor A 유전자를 온도-민감성 플라스미드에 의해 발현시키고 온도를 이의 역치 이상으로 상승시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
