Claims (7)

  1. 결정입자가 간축이 최대 1.0㎛인 50-90용적%의 육방정계 기둥결정(hexagonal pillat crystal) 및 단축이 최소 1.5㎛인 5~30용적%의 육방정계 기둥결정을 포함하는, 질화규소 소결체 공구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 소결체가 소결조제로서 1~10중량%의 Al2O3및 1~10중량%의 Y2O3를 또한 함유하는, 질화규소 소결체 공구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 소결체가 이미드(imide)분해법에 위하여 제조된 질화규소 분말로부터 얻어지는, 질화규소 소결체 공구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 소결체가 이미드 분해법, 직접 금속규소 질화법 또는 실리카 환원법에 의하여 제조된 2가지 이상의 질화규소분말로부터 얻어지는, 질화규소 소결체 공구.
  5. 이미드 분해법, 직접 규소질화법 또는 실리카 환원법에 의하여 제조된 질화규소분말을 원료로서 사용하고, 원료분말을 미분쇄, 프레스 성형한 후, 얻어진 성형품을 1~300기압의 압력 및 1700~1900℃의 질소 분위기중에서 소결 또는 다시 소결후의 생성물을 1600~1900℃ 및 10~300기압의 질소가스 압력하에서 HIP 처리하는 단계를 포함하는, 결정입자가 단축이 최대 1.0㎛인 50~90용적%의 육방정계 기둥결정 및 단축이 최소 1.5㎛인 5~30용적%의 육방정계 기둥결정을 포함하는 질화규소 소결체 공구의 제조방법.
  6. 이미드 분해법, 직접 규소질화법 또는 실리카 환원법에 의하여 제조된 질화규소분말을 원료로서 사용하고, 원료를 소결조제인 1~0중량%의 Al2O3및 1~10중량%의 Y2O3와 혼합, 얻어진 혼합물을 미분쇄, 혼합물을 프레스 성형한 후, 얻어진 성형품을 1~300기압의 압력 및 1700~100%의 질소 분위기 중에서 소결 또는 다시 소결후의 생성물을 1600~1900℃ 및 10~3000기압의 질소 가스 압력하에서 HIP 처리하는 단계를 포함하는, 결정입자가 단축이 최대 1.0㎛인 50~90용적%의 육방정계 기둥결정 및 단축이 최소 1.5㎛인 5~30용적%의 육방정계 기둥결정을 포함하며 또한 1~10중량%의 Al2O3및 1~10중량%의 Y2O3를 포함하는 질화규소 소결체 공구의 제조방법.
  7. 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 질화규소 분말이 이미드 분해법, 직접 규소질화법 또는 실리카 환원법 중 2가지 이상의 방법에 의하여 제조되는, 질화규소 소결체 공구의 제조방법.
