Claims (1)

  1. 선형적으로 집적배열된 복수의 광전변환소자와, 상기 광전변환소자의 일측단자에 접속되며 한쌍의 별개 공통라인의 타측단자에 교호로 접속된 복수의 제1스위칭소자와, 주사개시 신호에 응답하여 상기 제1스위칭 소자를 순차적으로 주사하며 주사완료 후 주사종료 신호를 출력하는 주사회로와, 각각의 공통라인과 접지선 사이에 접속된 한쌍의, 제2스위칭 소자와, 각각의 공통라인과 출력단자에 접속된 한쌍의 샘플홀드 회로와, 상기 샘플홀드회로의 출력단자와 또 다른 단자에 각각 접속된 하나의 단자를 가진 한쌍의 제3스위칭 소자와, 상기 제3스위칭 소자의 다른 단자와 상기 샘플홀드회로로 부터 송출되는 화상신호를 외부에 출력하는 출력단자에 공통적으로 접속된 입력단자를 가진 버퍼 증폭기와, 상기 제2, 제3 스위칭소자 및 한쌍의 샘플홀드 회로를 제어하는 주사개시 및 주사종료신호에 따라 작동하는 제어회로로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 판독장치.
