통신케이블용 연결블럭
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1도는 본 발명 1실시예에 따른 연결블럭의 단면도이고, 제 2도는 제 1도에서 하부블럭바디가 회전된 상태에서의 단면도, 제 3도는 본 발명 1실시예에 따른 연결블럭이 단절블럭으로 개조된 상태에서의 단면도.

Claims (12)

  1. 블럭바디내에 정렬배치된 절연이동접촉부재를 갖추고서 전기 통신케이블이나 데이타송수신케이블과 같은 절연된 케이블을 연결시키는 연결블럭에 있어서, 상기 최소한 하나의 블럭바디(3,4)에는 회전축⑸이 구비되되, 이 회전축⑸을 매개로 상기 블럭바디(3,4)가 몸체 바깥쪽으로 회전될 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로하는 통신케이블용 연결블럭.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 블럭바디(3,4)가 나란히 정렬배치된 것을 특징으로하는 통신케이블용 연결블럭.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 블럭바디(3,4)중 한쪽 블럭바디가 다른쪽 블럭바디의 상부에 비치된 것을 특징으로하는 통신케이블용 연결블럭.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 블럭바디(3,4)에는 탄성연결부재⑺가 구비되되, 이 탄성연결부재⑺에 의해 상기 블럭바디(3,4)의 각 절연이동접촉부재(8,9)가 서로 전기적으로 연결 되도록 된것을 특징으로 하는 통신케이블용 연결블럭.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 회전축⑸이 한 블럭바디(3,4)의 바닥내에 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 통신케이블용 연결블럭.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 블럭바디(3,4)중 상부에 위치된 상부 블럭바디⑶가 회전될 수 있도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 통신케이블용 연결블럭.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 블럭바디(3,4)중 하부에 위치된 하부 블럭바디⑷가 회전될 수 있도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 통신케이블용 연결블럭.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 블럭바디(3,4)에는 베어링(23)내로 삽입된 저어널 (22)이 구비되어, 한 블럭바디(3,4)가 다른 블럭바디(3,4)에 대해 회전될수 있도록 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 통신케이블용 연결블럭.
  9. 블럭바디내에 정렬배치된 절연이동접촉부재를 갖추고서 전기통신케이블이나 데이나송수신케이블과 같은 절연선 케이블을 연결시키는 연결블럭에 있어서, 상기 블럭바디중 상부블럭바디(102)에는 하부로 돌출된 접촉다리부(118)가 구비되는 반면에 하부블럭바디(101)에는 중앙 접촉부(108)와 안내접촉부(109)가 구비되되, 상기 상부블럭바디(102)의 접촉다리부(118)가 하부블럭바디(101)의 중압접촉부(108)와 접촉되도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 통신케이블용 연결블럭.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 상부블럭바디(102)의 하우징(114,115)에는 분리 혹은 테스트콘넥터가 삽입되도록 삽입개구부(123)가 형성되고, 상기 상부블럭바디(102)의 연결부재(117)와 접촉다리부(118)가 테스트콘넥터의 테스트분기부가 형성되도록 직접연결되거나, 분리 혹은 테스트콘넥터가 삽입되어 분리포인트가 형성되도록 한쌍의 접촉스프링(124,125)을 매개로 간접연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 통신케이블용 연결블럭.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 상부블럭바디(102,101)의 하우징이 하부대(104,114)와 상부대(105,115)로 이루어짐과더불어 연결부재(106,116)가 장착된 경우에는 서로 걸려져 결합되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 통신케이블용 연결블럭.
  12. 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 상부블럭바디(101)에는 과부하 방지 장치대(103)과 연결되므로 측방으로 안내접촉부(109)가 정렬설치된것을 특징으로 하는 통신케이블용 연결블럭.
