제1도는 연속적으로 배치된 고정베드 반응기를 통한 고정베드 공정을 도시한 도면이다, 제2도는 제1도의 고정베드 반응기 앞에 이동 베드 반응기를 추가로 설치한 이동베드 공정을 도시한 도면이다, 제3도는 연속적으로 배치된 비동베드 반응기를 통한 비등 베드 공정을 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (7)

  1. a)수소탈금속화로 지칭되는 적어도 하나의 첫째 단계에서는 탄화수소물과 수소의 장입물을 수소탈금속화 촉매에 통과시키고 b)수소탈황화로 지칭되는 적어도 하나의 후속단계 에서는 단계(a)의 생성물과 수소를 수소탈황화 촉매에 통과시키는, 아스팔트, 황-함유 불순물 및 금속 불순물을 포함하는 탄화수소의 중유분을 적어도 두단계로 수소처리하는 공정에 있어서 각각 탈금속화 촉매의 고정 베드를 함유하고, 교번적으로 작동하는 두개의 반응 대역 또는 반응기가 수소탈금속화 대역에 선행 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 방호 대역이 수소탈금속화 대역과 거의 동일한 부피인 공정.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 작동중인 방호 대역의 VVH가 0.5 내지 1.5인 공정.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, VVH가 0.8 내지 1.2인 공정.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 방호 대역에서 사용된 촉매가 지지체 및 금속산화물로서 계산될때 원소 주기율표의 제Ⅴ족 제Ⅵ족 및 제Ⅷ족 중 적어도 하나에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 금속 또는 금속의 화합물의 0.1 내지 30중량%를 포함하고, 각 응집물의 소편이 서로에 대해서 고리고 응집물의 중앙으로 반경 배향되어진 다수의 침상형 소편으로 형성된 다수의 병치된 응집물의 형태로 발생하는 공정.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 단위 장치의 중지 작동 없이 작동중인 방호 대역을 전환시키고, 미작동중인 방호 대역에 포함된 촉매의 상태를 10내지 50바아(bar)의 압력으로 조절하도록 제어된 조절 검사부위가 방호 대역과 연관되는 공정.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 압력이 15내지 25바아인 공정.
