Claims (13)

  1. 지지체와 작용부분을 구비한 톱으로서, 작용부분이 중합체 매트릭스내에 지지되어 있는 다량의 연마입자를 구비하고 지지체와 작용부분에 결합된 결합표면을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 톱.
  2. 제2항에 있어서, 중합체 매트릭스는 고무, 폴리우레탄 및 나일론으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 톱.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연마 입자는 중합체 매트릭스를 통하여 균일하게 분배된 것을 특징으로 하는 톱.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 작용부분은 두개의 영역을 구비하고, 작용표면과 일접한 제1영역은 연마입자가 많고, 결합표면과 인접한 제2영역은 연마입자가 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 톱.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 제2영역은 연마입자를 포함하지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 톱.
  6. 전항들중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 작용부분내의 연마입자의 농도는 5내지 20용량 퍼센트인 것을 특징으로 하는 톱.
  7. 전항들중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 입자가 150내지 900미크론 범위내의 크기를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 톱.
  8. 전항들중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 연마입자는 다이어몬드와 입방질화 붕산으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 톱.
  9. 전항들중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 작용표면은 결합금속층을 통하여 지지체에 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 톱.
  10. 전항들중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 지지체는 디스크형상의 금속 블랭크를 구비하고 있고 작용부분은 복수의 분절을 구비하고 있고, 각각이 분절은 블랭크의 외주에 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 톱.
  11. 제1항내지 제9항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 지지체는 디스크 형상의 금속블랭크를 구비하고 작용부분은 블랭크의 외주에 결합된 연속 스트립을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 톱.
  12. 제1항 내지 제9항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 지지체는 와이어이고 작용부분은 복수의 슬리브를 구비하고 각각의 슬리브는 금속지지 슬리브를 통하여 와이어에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 톱.
  13. 전항들중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 작용부분은 중합체 매트릭스내에 지지되어 있는 다량의 연마입자를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 톱.
