Claims (6)
- 입력구, 배출구 및 출력구를 가진 하우징과, 하우징내에 측방향으로 슬라이드 가능하게 삽입된 스푸울과, 스푸울의 양단부에서 하우징과의 사이에 형성된 제1 및 제2액실과, 스푸울에 전기기령량에 따른 축방향 구동력을 부여하는 전기/힘변환기와, 그 변환기에 대한 전기지령치가 0일때 스푸울을 초기위치에 유지하는 스프링과, 스푸울의 측방향위치에 따라서 제1액실과 입력구 및 제1액실과 배출구의 연통을 하나하나 단속하고, 또한 양폐쇄위치에서는 다같이 차단하는 승압용 및 강압용 가변오리피스부를, 스푸울의 어깨부와의 사이에 각각 반대방향으로 형성하는 승압용 및 강압용 링밸브부재와, 입력구를 기준으로 해서, 승압용 링밸브부재와는 반대쪽 및 배출구를 기준으로 해서 강압용 링밸브부재와는 반대쪽에서 각각 스푸울을 안내하는 2개소의 슬라이드가이드부와, 제2액실을 상기 출력구에 연통하는 통로와, 제1, 제2액실을 연통하는 통로 및 그 통로속에 형성한 고정오리피스를 가지고, 상기 가변오리피스부를 개재해서, 제1, 제2액실간에 전기/힘변환기의 출력에 따른 차압이 발생하고, 고정오리피스에 의해 그 차압에 따른 유량제어가 행하여지도록 구성되어 있는 액압제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스푸울을 승압용스푸울과 강압용스푸울로 2분할해서 그들을 상기 2개소의 슬라이드가이드부에서 개별저으로 안내하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 액압 제어장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스푸울의 초기위치를, 입력구가 승압용가변오리피스를 개재해서 제1액실과 연통하는 승압위치에 정한 것을 특징으로 하는 액압제어장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스푸울의 초기위치를, 승ㆍ강압용 가변오리피스가 다같이 폐쇄되는 압력유지위치에 정한 것을 특징으로 하는 액압제어장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스푸울의 초기위치를, 배출구가 강압용 가변오리피스부를 기재해서 제1 액실과 연통하는 강압위치에 정한 것을 특징으로 하는 액압제어장치.
- 제2항 내지 제5항의 어느한 항에 있어서, 승압용, 강압용의 각 스푸울중 제1액실쪽에 위치하는 스푸울은 양단부가 다같이 제1액실에 연통되고, 제2액실쪽의 스푸울은 일단부가 제1액실쪽 스푸울의 일단부와 맞매게 해서 제1액실에, 타단부가 제2액실에 각각 연통하고, 제2액실쪽의 스푸울의 양단부를 연통하는 통로속에 상기 고정오리피스가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액압제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
