Claims (20)
- 스크류 압출기로부터의 용융물의 추가 하부 흐름을 용융 계량 펌프를 통해 쉬트 다이로 이동시킨 다음 롤틈속에 회전 비이드가 형성되지 않는 속도로 2롤 압연기로 운반시킴을 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 적어도 하나의 열가소성 탄성 중합체, 유리 라디칼에 의해 중합될 수 있고 대기압에서의 융점이 100℃ 이상인 적어도 하나의 에틸렌성 모노-또는 폴리불포화 화합물 및 화학선에 노출시킴으로써 불포화 화합물의 중합츨 개시시킬수 있는 적어도 하나의 화합물 또는 화합물의 배합물을 포함하는 광중합성 혼합물을 스크류 압출기로 계량시키고, 용융시켜 기체를 체결한 다음, 쉬트 다이를 경유하여 2롤 압연기로 운반하여 광중합체 판을 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스크류 압출기가 자정 쌍축 스크류 압출기인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스크류 압출기가 자정 운반부재 이외에 혼련 블록과 톱니 블록을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 고체 성분을 바람직하게는 가열되지 않은 첫번째 구역과 액체 성분 속에 계량시키고, 경우에 따라 고체 성분 속에 계량되지 않은 잔서와 함께 후속 구역 [여기서, 당해 구역을 가열시켜 혼합물을 용융시킨다]의 하나 이상의 공급 구멍으로 계량시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광중합성 혼합물의 성분의 예비혼합물을 첫번째 구역으로 계량시키는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 예비혼합물을 보습, 리본, 패들, 드럼 또는 자유낙하 혼합기에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 액체 성분 속에서 불용성이고 평균 입자 크기가 0.005 내지 50㎛인 분말을 혼합들에 가하고, 중합체를 과립의 형태로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 평균 온도가 100내지 220℃, 특히 130내지 170℃인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 기체 제거 구역의 온도가 60내지 140℃인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 압출기의 스크류 전체 길이가 스크류 직경의 5내지 50배, 바람직하게는 10내지 40배인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 용융 계량 펌프가 톱니바퀴 펌프인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 쉬트 다이의 틈 너비가 압연기 틈 너비의 1.2 내지 50배, 바람직하게는 1.5내지 50배인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 2롤 압연기의 롤 회전속도와 계량 펌프의 속도를 회전 비이드가 형성되지 않도록 하는 방법으로 조절하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 압연기의 롤이 각각 회전함에 따라 필름을 운반하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압연기 롤의 축 사이의 연결선에 대하여 90°각도로 압연기 틈을 빠져나오는 쉬트를 추가로 이동시키는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 추가의 이동을 전도 벨트, 바람직하게는 구멍이 없는 전도 벨트를 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 냉각을 상부와 하부로부터의 공기를 사용하여 동시에 수행하는 방법.
- 제16항 또는 제17항에 있어서, 추가의 이동을 구멍이 있는 전도 밸브를 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 벨트 위의 고정을 진공을 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
