유리기판위에 ITO 투명전극과 제 1의 비정질 절연막이 연속 증착되고 그 위에 다시 형광막과 제 2의 비정질 절연만이 증착되며 최상층에 알루미늄 전극이 형성된 구조를 갖는 통상의 TFEL 표시소자에 있어서, 상기 제 1의 비정질 절연막과 제 2의 비정질 절연막 사이에 고유전율을 갖는 비정질 BaTiO3막을 2중 구조로 증착시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 TFEL 표시소자.In a conventional TFEL display device having a structure in which an ITO transparent electrode and a first amorphous insulating film are successively deposited on a glass substrate, only a fluorescent film and a second amorphous insulating film are deposited thereon, and an aluminum electrode is formed on the uppermost layer.
