Abstract
본 발명은 천계발광소자에 관한 것으로, 표시장치에 구비되는 전계발광 소자에 있어서, 기판(20)위에 제1절연층(22)이 증착되고 에칭된 면에 전극층(24)이 증착되며, 그 위에 순차적으로 제2절연층(26), 형광층(28), 제3절연층(30), 투명전극층(32)이 적층된 것으로, 콘트라스트 및 전극층의 접착력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a luminescent device, wherein in an electroluminescent device provided in a display device, an electrode layer (24) is deposited on a surface on which a first insulating layer (22) is deposited and etched on a substrate (20). The second insulating layer 26, the fluorescent layer 28, the third insulating layer 30, and the transparent electrode layer 32 are sequentially stacked to improve the contrast and the adhesion of the electrode layer.
