Claims (4)
- 차광막과 투명 도전막으로 된 공통 전극과, 복수개로 분리 형성된 개별전극과, 상기 공통 전극과 개별 전극의 사이에 형성되는 비정질 실리콘층과, 상기 비정질 실리콘층과 상기 개별 전극 사이에 위치되는 블록킹층을 구비하여 된 비정질 실리콘 이미지 센서에 있어서, 상기 블록킹층이 제1층과 제2층으로 분리 형성된 것을 그 특징으로 하는 비정질 실리콘 이미지 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 제1층은 상기 투명 전도막이 형성되지 않은 부위에만 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 실리콘 이미지 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1층 및 제2층 중 최소한 하나가 Si3N4로 이루어 짐을 그 특징으로 하는 비정질 실리콘 이미지 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 블록킹층을 이루는 제1, 제2층의 두께가 대략 400∼600Å의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 실리콘 이미지 센서.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
