제2도는 본 발명에 따른 밸브가 비작동위치에 있는 것을 보인 단면도.
Claims (6)
- 비교적 높은 압력하에 유체가 유입되는 유입구(20)와 적어도 하나의 유체우출구(18)를 갖는 밸브하우징(30)으로 구성되고 플런저(36)가 제1스프링(44)에 의하여 반대방향으로 축방향 탄지된 밸브사이트(VS)를 향하여 전자석에 의해 축방향으로 이동가능하게된 차동압력제어밸브에 있어서, 제2스프링(42) 플런저(36)를 밸브시이트(VS)를 향하여 이동될 때에 이에 접촉되기전 또는 접촉될 때에 밸브시이트(VS)를 연결된 스토퍼(52)에 기능적으로 결합되게 하고, 제1스프링(44)의 압력이 제2스프링(52)의 압력보다 큼을 특징으로하는 밸브.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 플런져(36)가 내측슬리이브(38)를 동심원상으로 둘러싸고 있는 슬리이브형태로 구성되고, 제2스프링(42)이 밸브의 플런저와 내측 슬리이브(38) 사이에 갇혀 있음을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 청구범위 1또는 제2항에 있어서, 밸브시이트(VS)가 탄성물질로된 커프(50)에 형성되고 링이 스토파(52)로서 착용함을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 전기 청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밸브시이트(VS)가 유입구(20)로부터 유출구(18)로 유로를 폐쇄토록 제1사이트링(60)에 대하여 가압되고, 플런저(36)에는 이 플런저(36)의 축방향 운동시에 밸브시이트(VS)가 제1시이트링(60)으로 부터 벗어나도록하는 제2시이트링(62)이 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 청구범위 제4항에 있어서, 밸브시이트(VS)가 방사상평면형태로 되어있고 시이트링(60,62)은 동심원상으로 직경이 약간 차이가 있음을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
- 전기 청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플런저(36)가 탄성칼라(48)에 의하여 밸브하우징(30)내에서 안내됨을 특징으로 하는 밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
