Claims (12)

  1. 2가 페놀, 카보네이트 전구물질 및 탄소원자 9 내지 약 20개의 지방족 알파 오메가 디카복실산을 계면반응시킴(이때, 상기 이산(diacid)은 2가 페놀 반응물 함량을 기준으로 약 2내지 약 20몰%이며, pH는 카보네이트 전구물질 혼입 시간의 약 70 내지 약 95% 동안에는 약 8 내지 9이고 나머지 카보네이트 전구물질 혼입시간 동안에는 약 10 내지 12의 pH로 상승시킨다)을 포함하는, 코폴리에스테르카보네이트의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 디카복실산이 포화된 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 디카복실산이 9내지 약 14개의 탄소원자를 갖고, 카보네이트 전구물질이 포스겐인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 디카복실산이 아젤라산, 세바스산 및 도데칸디오산으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 이산이 아젤라산인 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 이산이 세바스산인 방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 이산이 도데칸디오산인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 초기 pH범위가 약 8내지 8.5인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 초기 pH 시간 주기가 혼입 시간의 약 80 내지 85%인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, pH를 약 10.5 내지 11.5의 범위로 상승시키는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 아민 촉매가 2가 페놀을 기준으로 약 0.75 내지 약 3.0몰%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 촉매가 약 1.5 내지 3.0몰%인 방법.
