실리콘 변성 폴리에스테르 조성물의 제조방법 및 이를 함유하는 분체도료 조성물

Claims (9)

  1. 하기의 (1),(2)및 (3)단계로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 변성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
    (1)실리콘 화합물과 2가이상의 알코올을 축합 반응시키는 단계, (2)상기 (1)단계에서 제조된 수지에 산혼합물을 에스테르 촉매 존재하에서 반응시키는 단계, (3)상기 (2)단계에서 제조된 수지에 트리멜리틱안하이드라이드를 촉매존재하에서 반응시켜 산값을 높이는 단계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기(1)단계에서의 실리콘 화합물이 5∼15중량부로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 변성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 화합물이 하기의 구조식(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ),(Ⅲ)및 (Ⅳ)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 변성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
    (Ⅰ) (R)2SiO1/2(M단위)
    (Ⅱ) (R)2SiO2/2(D단위)
    (Ⅲ) RSiO3/2(T단위)
    (Ⅳ) RSiO4/2(Q단위)
    여기서 R은 -CH3, -C2H5, -C6H5, -CH=CH2, -C3H7이다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 구조식에서 R그룹으로 -CH3, -C6H5가 각각 30∼40중량% 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 변성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 화합물의 관응기가 -OH, -OR, -COOH인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 변성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (1)단계에서의 2가이상의 알코올이 네오펜틸글리콜 75∼90중량부, 디에틸렌 글리콜 10∼25중량부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 변성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (2)단계에서의 산혼합물이 테레프탈산 65∼70중량부, 아디핀산5∼15중량부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 변성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기(3)단계에서의 산인 트리멜리틱 안하이드라이드가 10∼25중량부로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 변성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 실리콘 변성 폴리에스테르 수지40∼60중량부, 에폭시 수지 20∼40중량부, 산화티탄 10∼30중량부, 경화촉진제 및 첨가제 0.2∼4중량부를 사용하여 제조된는 것을 특징으로 하는 분체도료조성물.
