Claims (8)

  1. 은 매트릭스, (a) Sn, Cd, Zn 및 In으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소의 산화물 1 내지 20중량%(원속 금속 기준) 및, 임의로, (b) Mg, Zr, Ca, Al, Ce, Cr, Mn 및 Ti로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소의 산화물 0.01 내지 8중량%(원소 금속 기준) 및/또는 (c) Sb, Bi 및 철족 금속으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소의 산화물 0.01 내지 8중량%(원속 금속 기준)를 함유하며; 여기서 (a)원소의 산화물 및, 존재할 경우, (b) 원소의 산화물 및/또는 (c)원소의 산화물은 입자 크기가 약 0.1㎛이하인 미세한 입자의 형태로 은 매트릭스를 통해 이의 표면으로부터 중심까지 균일하게 분산되며, 산화물과 은 매트릭스 사이에 빈 공간없이 은 매트릭스에 결합된, 은-금속 산화물 복합 재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (a) 원소의 산화물, 및 (b) 원소의 산화물 및/또는 (c) 원소의 산화물이 산화 화합물을 형성하고 매트릭스중에 분산된 재료.
  3. (A) 산소의 분압을 상승시키고 그 안에서 은, (a) Sn, Cd, Zn 및 In으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 금속 및/또는 산화물 상태의 하나 이상의 원소 1 내지 20중량%(원소 금속 기준) 및, 임의로, (b) Mg, Zr, Ca, Al, Ce, Cr, Mn 및 Ti로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 금속 및/또는 산화물 상태의 하나 이상의 원소 0.01 내지 8중량%(원소 금속 기준) 및/또는 (c) Sb, Bi 및 철 족 금속으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 금속 및/또는 산화물 상태의 하나 이상의 원소 0.01 내지 8중량%(원소 금속 기준)를 함유하는 혼합물을 가열하여 혼합물을 고체상 및 액체상이 공존하는 상태로 만들고, 이에의해 금속 상태의 (a)원소, 및 존재할 경우, 금속 상태의 (b)원소 및/또는 (c)원소를 산화물로서 침전시키고, (B)산소의 분압을 강하시키고 혼합물을 냉각시키는 단계를 특징으로 하여, 제1항에서 청구한 은-금속 산화물 복합 재료를 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 단계(A)에서 사용된 혼합물이 은, (a)원소 및, 임의로 (b)원소 및/또는 (c)원소를 함유하는 합금을 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 단계 (A)에서 사용된 혼합물이 은, (a)원소 및, 임의로 (b)원소 및/또는 (c)원소를 함유하는 소결된 생성물을 함유하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 소결된 생성물이 은 분말, 및 은, (a)원소 및, 임의로, (b)원소 및/또는 (c)원소의 합금의 분말로부터 제조된 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 소결된 생성물이 은 분말, 및 (a)원소 및, (b)원소 및/또는 (c)원소의 합금의 분말로부터 제조된 방법.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 단계(A)에서 사용된 혼합물이 은 분말, (a)원소의 산화물의 분말 및, 임의로 (b)원소의 산화물의 분말 및/또는 (c)원소의 산화물의 분말로부터 제조된 소결된 생성물을 함유하는 방법.
