Claims (9)

  1. 불연속의 변성 수지상 조직을 가지고 있는 제일 금속과 제일 금속에 적어도 부분적으로 현탁되어 있는 거의 불용성인 다수 입자들을 결합시켜 결합물을 제조한 후, 이 결합물을 제일금속과 제이금속(이 금속은 액체상태에서 고체상태로 냉각될 때 수지상 조직구조를 형성할 수 있는 금속)의 고상온도보다 더 높은 온도에서 제이 금속과 혼합한다음, 이 혼합물을 거의 불용성인 다수 입자들이 구조내에 적어도 부분적으로 현탁되어 있는 수지상조직-함유 금속구조물로 고형화시킴을 특징으로 하여 적어도 부분적으로 액체인 금속에 거의 불용성인 물질을 첨가하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제일 금속과 제이금속이 거의 똑같은 화학 조성으로 이루어져 있는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제일금속과 제이금속이 거의 다른 조성으로 이루어져 있는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 주조하는 동안에 혼합물이 고형화되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제일 금속과 제이금속을 마그네슘, 알루미늄, 알루미늄, 구리, 철, 납, 아연, 니켈, 코발트 및 이들의 합금으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 독립적으로 선택한 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 제일 금속과 제이금속을 마그네슘, 알루미늄 또는 이들의 합금으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 독립적으로 선택한 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 거의 불용성인 물질을 흑연, 금속카바이드, 모래, 유리, 세라믹, 금속 산화물, 거의 순수한 금속 및 금속합금으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택한 방법.
