Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de una aleación de cobre, con una resistencia de película de por lo menos 95 kilómetros y una micro estructura que contiene menos de 2% en volumen de fases beta y gamma inter metálicas, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de fundir conjuntamente de 7 a 8,5% en pero de alumino de 1,5 a 2,5% en peso de níquel y de 89 a 91,5% en peso de cobre, mezclar la fusión resultante de modo que la proporción de Al esté en solución sólida en la mezcla y no esté presente nada de al ni de Ni en la solución sólida en forma de dispersión AlNi finamente dividida en la solución sólida, estabilizar la temperatura de fusión a aproximadamente 1150ºC y colar dicha fusión
