Claims (8)
- 규정된 파장 범위의 광학 스펙트럼으로부터 광을 반사하기 위한 광학 간섭 필름에 있어서, 투명한 기질과; 상기 기질상에 다른 굴절률을 가진 적어도 2개의 굴절층과; 고굴절률을 가진 굴절층에 실리콘(Si) 및 탄탈륨(Ta)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 첨가물을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 간섭 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고굴절률을 가진 굴절층은 유리 형성제로써 인화합물 및 붕소 화합물로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 간섭 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고굴절률을 가진 굴절층은 티타늄 산화물 및 금속원소비로 환산할 때 상기 티타늄 산화물의 0.1% 내지 30%의 범위와 동일한 적어도 하나의 첨가물의 양을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 간섭 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고굴절률을 가진 굴절층은 유리 형성재로써 인화합물 및 붕소 화합물로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 간섭 필름.
- 적외선을 반사시키고 광원으로부터 가시광선을 전달하는 램프에 있어서, 광투과전구와; 전구에서 광을 발생하는 필라멘트와; 상기 전구의 내측 및 외측면중 적어도 한면에서 다른 굴절률을 갖는 적어도 2개의 굴절층과; 고굴절률을 가진 굴절층에서 안티몬(Sb), 실리콘(Si) 및 탄탈륨(Ta)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 첨가물을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 고굴절률을 가진 굴절층은 티타늄 산화물 및 금속원소비로 환산할 때 상기 티타늄 산화물의 0.1% 내지 30%의 범위와 동일한 적어도 하나의 첨가물의 양을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 고굴절률을 가진 굴절층은 유리 형성제로써 인화합물 및 붕소 화합물로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 램프.
- 규정된 파장 범위의 광학 스펙트럼으로부터 광을 반사시키기 위한 광학 간섭 필름에 있어서, 투명한 기질과; 상기 기질상에 따른 굴절률의 적어도 2개의 굴절층과; 고굴절률을 가진 굴절층에서 티타늄 산화물과; 금속원소비로 환산할 때 상기 티타늄 산화물과 관련된 양이 0.1 내지 30% 범위에 달하는 안티몬(Sb), 및 주석(Sn)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 첨가물을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 간섭 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
