Claims (11)
- (A) 비누화도가 98%이상인 (a)30-70%몰%의 에틸렌과 (b)70-30몰%의 비닐 에세테이트의 공중합체의 비누화 생성물로 구성되고, 복합 섬유의 경선축을 따라 신장되는 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 공중합체 필라멘트 성분: 및 (B) (c) (i) 적어도 하나의 금속 술포네이트기를 갖는 적어도 하나의 유기 디카르복실산 화합물 1.0-10.0몰%및 (ii) 적어도 하나의 방향족 디카르복실산 화합물의 잔여량(balance)으로 구성된 디카르복실산 성분과(d) 적어도 하나의 디올 화합물로 구성된 디올 성분과의 공중합에스테르화 생성물로 구성되고, 복합섬유의 경선 축을 따라 신장되며, 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 공중합체 필라멘트 성분에 혼입되는 공중합 에스테르 필라멘트 성분:으로 구성되고, 상기 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 공중합체 필라멘트 성분이 복합 섬유의 외면의 적어도 일부분을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 열 -접착성 합성 복합 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 공중합체 필라멘트 성분 및 금속 술포네이트기-개질 공중합에스테르 필라멘트 성분이 평행한 배열로 혼입됨을 특징으로 하는 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 술포네이트기-함유 공중합 에스테르 필라멘트 성분으로 구성된 코어가 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 공중합체 필라멘트 성분으로 구성된 시이드에 의해 코어-인-시이드 배열로 둘러싸임을 특징으로 하는 복합섬유
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 공중합체 필라멘트 성분이 복합섬유의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 10-80%의 양 임을 특징으로 하는 복합 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐 알코올 공중합체가 적어도 120℃의 융점을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 복합 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 디카르복실산 화합물이 테레프탈 산 임을 특징으로 하는 복합 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디올 화합물이 에틸렌 글리콜 및 부틸렌 글리콜로 구성되 군으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 술포네이트기-함유 유기 디카르복실 산이 금속 술포네이트기-함유 이소프탈산, 1,4-금속 술포나프탈렌-2,6-디카르복실산 및 1-금속 술포나프탈렌-2,6-디카르복실산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 복합 섬유.
- 제1항에 정의된 열-접착성 복합섬유 및 적어도 하나의 다른 유형의 섬유를 함유하는 수성 슬러리로 부터, 습윤 시트-형성 방법에 의해 제조된 부직포.
- 제9항에 있어서, 열 접착성 복합섬유가 부직포의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 적어도 5%의 양임을 특징으로 하는 부직포.
- 제9항에 있어서, 다른 유형의 섬유가 무기섬유, 세룰로오스 섬유, 폴리올레핀 섬유, 폴리에테르 섬유, 폴리아미드 섬유, 폴리아크릴 섬유 및 아라미드 섬유로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 부직포.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
