Claims (2)
- (a) 약 1.0-3.0%(중량/부피)의 질소함유 영양물질, (b) 약 0.5-1.0%(중량/부피)의 하나 이상의 당, (c) 약 0.01-0.125%(중량/부피)의 혈액 응고 방지제, (d) 진균의 증식을 자극하는데 효과적인 양의 제1철 또는 제2철 형태의 소스, 및 (e) 진균의 증식에 영향을 미침없이 박테리아 증식을 억제하는 효과적인 양의 하나 이상의 항균제를 포함하고 질소함유 영양물질 대 당의 비율이 약 1 : 1 내지 약 6 : 1인, 진균류를 선택적으로 배양하기 위한 액체 배지.
- (a) (i) 질소함유 영양물질; (ii) 하나 이상의 당; (iii) 혈액응고 방지제; (iv) 제1철이나 제2철 형태의 소스; (v) 하나 이상의 항균제; 및 (vi) 혈액 용해제, (vii) 미오-이노시톨을 포함한 액체 배지에다 살균 체액의 샘플을 부가하고; (b) 상기 혼합물을 약 2주간 교반하면서 약 30°-35℃에서 인큐베이팅시키며; (c) 상기 혼합물을 미생물이 증식했는지에 대해 육안으로 관찰하고; (d) 상기 혼합물을 살아있는 잔균의 존재에 대해 현미경으로 검사하는 것으로 구성되는, 진균류를 선택적으로 배양시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
