본 고안은 오토바이 바퀴의 양측면에 안전가림판을 부착하여 바퀴살을 보 하고 주행시 바퀴에 가해지는 외부 저항을 감소시켜 보다 쾌적한 주행이 가능하고 외관이 미려한 효과를 얻을 수 있게 한 것이다.
종래의 오토바이는 바퀴살이 외부로 노출되어 있으므로 장애물과 부딪히면 쉽게 파손되는 결점이 있고 주행시 바람의 저항을 많이 받기 때문에 소음도 많고 주행시 이물질이 투입되면 안전사고를 당할수도 있으며 외관이 아름답지 못한 등의 결점이있었다.
본 고안은 위와같은 종래의 재결점을 시정하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
오토바이 바퀴(12)의 양측으로 중심에 구멍(1가)이 있고, 외주에 버팀관(2), (2a)이 있는 가림판(가)를 설치 하여 가림판 외부에 버팀판(2), (2a)이 바퀴(12) 팀(12a) 외면으로 접촉되게 하여 통공(4)을 통해 보울트(5)를 끼워 반대측에서 너트(7)를 고정되게 하고 가림판(가)는 또 양분하여 분할된가림판(1) (1a)을 만들어 연결편(3), (3a)에서 서로 연결할 수 있게하여 바퀴의 표면에 반사모양부(13)를 형성시킨 구조이다.
이와같이된 본 고안은 오토바이 바퀴(12)의 양측면에 가림판(가)이 장착되어 바퀴살대를 보호해주고 내부에 이물질이 들어가는 것을 방지하면서 주행시 바람의 저항을 감소시키므로 쾌적하고 안전한 주행을 가능케할 뿐아니라 가림판(가)의 외면으로 다양한 반사모양부(13)가 있어서 외관이 미려한 가운데에 안정성을 도모할 수 있는 장점이 있고 분해조립식으로 되어서 장착이 용이한 등의 이점을 얻는 것이다.

  1. 오토바이 바퀴용 림(12a) 크기와 같은 가림판(가)의 외주면에 버팀편(2), (2a)을 만들고 본체에 통공(4), (4a)을 뚫어 양측가림판을 보울트(5)와 너트(7)로 체결시키게하고 가림판 본체는 또 분할하여 연결편(3), (3a)끼리 결합할 수 있게 한 오토바이 바퀴의 안전가림판.
