Claims (10)

  1. 홀성제로서, 타르타르산(Tartaric acid)과, 모노-, 디-, 트리-에탄올아민 및 이들의 에탄올아민의 할로겐화 수소산염(Hydroha lide salts)으로부터 선택된 것 중에서 최소한 하나의 화합물로 이루어지는 수용성 납땜용 프럭스.
  2. 활성제로서, 타르타르산과, 모노-, 디-, 트리-에탄올아민의 할로겐화 수소산염으로부터 선택된것 중에서 최소한 하나의 에탄올아민으로 이루어지는 수용성 납땜용 프럭스.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 타르타산 대 에탄올아민염의 몰비가 0.2:1~4:1의 범위에 있는 수용성 납땜용 프럭스.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 타르타산 대 에탄올아민염의 몰비가 0.4:1~2:1의 범위에 있는 수용성 납땜용 프럭스.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 에탄올아민염이 모노-, 디-, 또는 트리-에탄올아민히드로크로리드인 수용성 납땜용 프럭스.
  6. 제1항에서 제5항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 타르타산과, 에탄올아민 및/또는 에낱올아민염이 액상 프럭스를 형성하기 위해 용제에 용해되는 수용성 납땜용 프럭스.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 용제는 물과 최소한 하나의 수혼화상 유기용제의 혼합물인 수용성 납땜용 프럭스.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유기용제는 저탄가의 알칸올 용제와 소량의 점성을 갖는 폴리올 용제로 이루어지는 수용성 납땜용 프럭스.
  9. 제1항에서 제5항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 타르타산과, 에탄올아민 및/또는 에낱올아민염은 유기용제와 페이스상의 프럭스를 형성하기에 충분한 양으로 혼합되는 수용성 납땜용 프럭스.
  10. 제1항에서 제5항중 어느한 항에 있어서, 수용성 납땜용 프럭스와 혼합된 분말상의 납땜재료로 이루어지는 페이스트상의 납땜재료.
