Claims (13)

  1. 하기 (a)∼(d) 단계들로 구성되는, 코우팅이 적용될때 차폐물에 의해 덮힐 첫번째 부분에 인접한 두번째 부분을 갖는 조형 표면의 첫번째 부분을 코우팅시켜 코우팅을 첫번째 표면에 한정시키는 방법: (a) 얇고 유연한 차단 스트립 형태의 테두리 수단(edging means)으로 첫번째 부분의 경계면 적어도 일부를 둘러싸 상기 부분들을 분리시키는 방법: (b) 코우팅이 훼손되지 않도록 두번째 부분상의 먼지를 억제시키고, 1ㅡ1도는 먼지를 포함하고 두번째 부분상에 놓일 수 있는 임의의 코우팅이 흐르는 것을 억제시키며 (ⅰ)물, (ⅱ) 생물 독 및, (ⅲ)수직 표면상에 실질적으로 연속인 필름을 보유시키도록 차폐 용액에 정도를 부여하고, 차폐 용액을 끈적끈적하게 하는 수용성 증점제를 함유하는 차폐 용액을 두번째 부분 인접 차단 스트립 적어도 일부에 적용하는 단계; (c) 차폐 용액을 향해 차단 스트립을 굽혀서 보호 가장 자리를 생성시키는 단계; (d) 차폐 용액이 끈적끈적 하게 유지하는 동안 보호가장자리 위의 첫번째 부분에 코우팅을 적용하고, 코우팅을 건조시키고, 이후에 테두리 수단을 제거하는 단계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 코우팅을 적용하기 전에 우연히 첫번째 부분에 닿은 차폐용액을 제거하기위해 물을 사용하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 차폐 용액이 그의 습윤 및 도포 성질을 돕고, 세척을 촉진시키는 계면활성제를 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 차폐 용액이 글리세롤내 분산된 크산탄 검을 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 조형표면이 자동차이고, 여기서 차폐용액은 분무기로 적용될 수 있을 정도의 점도를 갖고, 부문기로 차폐 용액을 적용하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 코우팅 처리되어질 접촉 영역을 갖는 조형 표면의제한 영역에 필름 형태로 분무ㅡ적용되어질 수용성 액체 차폐 조성물을 포함하는 것으로, 상기 차폐 조성물은 먼지가 접촉 영역내 코우팅으로 이동하고, 상기 코우팅의 질을 훼손시키는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 먼지 제한 영역에서 억제시키고, 증점제, 생물 독 및, 적용되었을 때 차폐 액체의 습윤 및 도포를 돕고, 코우팅이 건조된 후 수 세척으로 쉽게 제거되도록 하는 필름의 거품 생성에 효과적인 계면 활성제를 분산시키는 지방족 폴리히드록시 액체 캐리어를 포함하고, 필름의 점도는 수직판넬상에 실질적으로 연속인 필름이 유지될 정도인 차폐 시스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 조성물이 캐리어 약 10ㅡ약30중량%, 증점제 약 0.05ㅡ약5중량%, 계면활성제 약 0.05ㅡ약 5중량%, 나머지는 실질적으로 물로 구성되는 차폐 시스템.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 조성물을 위한캐리어가 글리세롤이고, 증점제가 크산탄 검인 차폐 시스템.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 조성물은 물을 함유하는 것이고, 접촉 영역을 자동차에 적용된 필름에 대해 가압된 차폐 종이에 의해 테가 둘러진 차폐 시스템.
  10. 물 약 76중량%, 글리세롤 약 22중량%, 나머지는 근본적으로 동일 중량부의 계면활성제 및 크산탄 검으로 근본적으로 구성되고, 페인트 처리되지 않을 자동차의 영역에 적용되고, 상기 영역상에 존재할 수 있는 먼지를 가라앉히고, 페인트처리될 자동차 내부 영역으로 부터 생긴 먼지와 페인트를 막는 차폐 용액.
  11. 페인트 처리될 영역을 뒷면이 벗겨지는 차폐 종이의 스트립으로 테두리하고, 뒷면이 벗겨지는 차폐 종이로 덮힐 영역을 포함하는, 페인트 처리되지 않을 자동차의 영역을 제10항의 용액으로 차폐시키고, 뒷면이 벗겨지는 차폐 종이를 페인트 처리되지 않을 면으로 굽히고 나서, 자동차의 차폐되지 않은 영역을 분무 페인팅하는 단계로 구성되는, 자동차의 페인트 처리되지 않을 영역을 차폐시키는 방법.
  12. 주된 부분은 물, 더 적은 부분의 글리세롤, 나머지는 실질적으로 동일 중량부의 계면활성제 및 크산탄 검으로 근본적으로 구성되고, 페인트 처리되지 않을 자동차의 영역에 적용되고, 상기 영역상에 존재할 수 있는 먼지를 가라앉히고, 페인트 처리될 자동차 내부에 영역으로 부터 생긴 먼지와 페인트를 막는 차폐 용액.
  13. 페인트 처리될 영역을 뒷면이 벗겨지는 차폐 종이의 스트립으로 테두리하고, 뒷면이 벗겨지는 차폐 종이로 덮힐 영역을 포함하는, 페인트 처리되지 않을 자동차의 영역을 제12항의 용액으로 차폐시키고, 뒷면이 벗겨지는 차폐 종이를 페인트 처리되지 않을 면으로 굽히고 나서, 자동차의 차폐되지 않은 영역을 분무 페인팅하는 단계로 구성되는, 자동차의 페인트 처리되지 않을 영역을 차폐시키는 방법.
