제1도는 본 발명의 1실시예에 따른 정지화상 텔레비젼 전화장치를 도시한 기능 블럭도.

Claims (11)

  1. 카메라에서 출력된 아날로그신호를 디지탈신호로 변환하고, AM-PM 변조하여 다수의 화소신호로 되는 화상블럭을 다수군 갖는 스크린 화상프레임신호를 송신하는 송신수단과 상기 스크린 화상프레임신호를 수신하고, 복조하여 D/A 변환한 후, 정지화상을 디스플레이상에 표시하는 수신 수단을 포함하는 정지화상 텔레비젼 전화장치에 있어서, 소정의 화소신호 또는 화상블럭마다 화상정보신호를 부가해서 송신하는 수단으로 되는 송신 수단과 상기 수신된 스크린 화상프레임신호에서 클럭을 추출하는 클럭수단, 상기 클럭에 따라 상기 스크린 화상 프레임신호의 화소 신호를 화소데이타로 복조하는 수단, 클럭을 계수하고 이 계수값을 어드레스로써 사용하여 화소데이타를 기억하는 화상메모리, 상기 화상메모리내의 화상데이타를 상기 추출된 화상정보신호의 상태에 따라 보정하는 보정수단으로 되는 수신수단을 포함하는 정지화상 텔레비젼 전화장치.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화상정보신호는 2개의 서로 다른 소정의 위상과 진폭을 갖는 연속하는 화소신호로 되는 제1쌍의 화소어긋남 검출신호인 정지화상 텔레비젼 전화장치.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 있어서, 상기 1쌍의 화소 어긋남 검출신호는 각각 다수의 사이클을 갖는 화소신호로 되는 정지화상 텔레비젼 전화장치.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 있어서, 상기 1쌍의 화소 어긋남 검출신호는 흑백 및 백색의 화소 데이타에 대응하는 2개의 서로 다른 화소신호로 되는 정지 화상 텔레비젼 전화장치.
  5. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보정수단은 상기 수신된 화소 어긋남 검출신호내의 1쌍의 화소신호의 소정의 변화점에서 다음의 화소 어긋남 검출신호내의 1쌍의 화소신호의 소정의 변화점까지의 클럭수를 계수하는 카운터 수단,2개의 변화점 사이에 존재하는 소정의 클럭수와 상기 계수된 클럭값이 일치하는가 아닌가를 판별하는 판별수단, 상기 2개의 클럭의 수가 서로 일치하지 않을 때, 최소 어긋남이 그곳에 존재한다고 판정하고, 상기 2개의 변화점 사이에 존재하는 소정의 클럭의 수와 상기 계수된 클럭값 사이의 차를 산출하는 차분수단과, 화소 어긋남이 발생된 다음의 화상메모리에 기억된 화소 데이타의 차동 어드레스를 보정하여 리라이트하는 리라이트 수단을 포함하고, 임의의 화소 어긋남 검출신호내의 화소 데이타값의 변화점에서 다음의 화소 어긋남 검출 신호내의 화소데이타 값의 변화점까지의 사이에서 재생 클럭수를 계수하고, 그 사이의 재생 클럭수의 이상이 검출되어 보정을 실행해서 화소 어긋남을 억제하는 정지화상 텔레비젼 전화장치.
  6. 카메라에서 출력된 아날로그신호를 디지탈신호로 변환하고, AM-PM 변조해서 다수의 화소신호로 되는 화상블럭을 다수군 갖는 스크린 화상프레임신호를 송신하는 송신수단과 상기 스크린 화상프레임신호를 수신하고, 복조하여 D/A 변환한 후, 정지화상을 디스플레이상에 표시하는 수신 수단을 포함하는 정지화상 텔레비젼 전화장치에 있어서 소정의 화소신호 또는 화상블럭마다 위상반전 검출수단를 부가해서 송신하는 수단으로 되는 송신수단과 상기 수신된 스크린 화상프레임신호에서 클럭을 추출하는 클럭추출수단, 상기 클럭에 따라 상기 스크린 화상 프레임신호의 화소 신호를 화소데이타로 복조하는 수단, 상기 화소데이타를 기억하는 화상메모리, 상기 수신된 위상 반전 검출신호에 따라 위상 반전의 유무를 판별하고, 위상 반전이 일어난 화상블럭번호를 기억하는 반전정보 메모리, 상기 화상메모리내의 화상데이타를 상기 반전 정보 메모리 내의 위상반전정보에 따라 보정하는 보정수단으로 되는 수신수단을 포함하는 정지화상 텔레비젼 전화장치.
  7. 특허청구의 범위 제6항에 있어서, 상기 위상반전 검출신호는 소정의 위상과 진폭을 갖는 화소신호로 되는 정지화상 텔레비젼 전화장치.
  8. 특허청구의 범위 제6항에 있어서, 상기 보정 수단은 위상반전이 발생된 다음의 화상블럭의 위상을 반전하고, 상기 화상메모리내의 화상블럭의 데이타를 리라이트하는 제1의 보정수단을 포함하는 정지화상 텔레비젼 전화장치.
  9. 특허청구의 범위 제6항에 있어서, 상기 보정 수단은 상기 반전정보 메모리에 기억된 상기 화상블럭번호에 따라 상기 화상메로리내의 위상반전이 발생된 화상블럭에 가장 가까운 전 또는 후의 정상적인 화상블럭의 데이타로써 화상 메모리내의 위상반전이 발생된 화상블럭의 데이타를 치환하는 제2의 보정수단을 포함하는 정지화상 텔레비젼 전화장치.
  10. 특허청구의 범위 제6항에 있어서, 상기 위상반전 검출신호는 소정의 위상과 진폭을 갖는 화소신호로 되는 정지화상 텔레비젼 전화장치.
  11. 카메라에서 출력된 아날로그신호를 디지탈신호로 변환하고, AM-PM 변조하여 1행 또는 1열의 화소신호로 되는 행 또는 열 화상블럭을 다수군 포함하는 스크린 화상 프레임신호를 송신하는 송신수단고 상기 스크린 화상프레임신호를 수신하고 복조하여 D/A 변환한 후 정지화상을 디스플레이상에 표시하는 수신 수단을 포함하는 정지화상 텔레비젼 전화장치에 있어서, 각행 또는 각열 화상블럭의 직전에 행 또는 열화상 블럭의 선두의 화소신호와 동일한 신호인 제1의 세틀링신호와 직후에 행 또는 열화상블럭의 최후의 화소신호와 동일한 신호인 제2의 세틀링신호를 부가해서 송신하는 수단으로 되는 송신수단과, 상기 수신된 스크린 화상프레임신호에서 클럭은 추출하는 클럭추출 수단, 상기 클럭추출 수단에서 출력된 클럭에 따라 상기 수신된 제1의 세틀링신호와 제2의 세틀링 신호 및 화소신호를 화소데이타를 복조하는 복조수단, 상기 복조된 화소데이타중에서 제1의 세틀링신호와 제2의 세틀링신호의 화소데이타를 제거하는 수단, 나머지 화소데이타를 기억하는 화상메모리로 되는 수신수단을 포함하는 정지화상 텔레비젼 전화장치.
