Claims (9)
- 하기일반식(Ⅳ)의 알콜중의 하기 일반식(Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ)의 화합물의 용액 또는 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 알콜중의 각각 하기 일반식(Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ) 화합물의 분리된 용액을 동시에 100℃이상의 온도에서 알콜에 비해 더 높은 온도에서 비등하는 불활성 유기 용매에 가하는 동시에 증류에 의해 상기 상기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 알콜을 제거하는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 프로판디이미데이트 또는 그의 염을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 시안아미드의 염과 반응시킴을 포함하는 하기 일반식(I)화합물의 제조방법.(R3)j(H-)k(N-C≡N)2- (Ⅲ)R4-OH (Ⅳ)상기식에서, X 및 Y는 각각의 경우에 산소 또는 황이고, R1, R2는 서로 독립적으로 (C1-C4)알킬, (C1-C4)알콕시 (C1-C2)알킬 또는 할로(C1-C4)알킬이며, R3은 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 양이온이고, R3가 알칼리 토금속 양이온인 경우 j=1 및 k=0이거나, 또는 R3가 알칼리 금속 양이온인 경우 j=1 및 k=1 또는 j=2 및 k=0이며 R4는 (C1-C4)알킬이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)에서 X 및 Y가 각각의 경우에 산소원자이고 R1및 R2가 (C1-C4)알킬인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일반식(I)에서 R1, 및 R2가 각각의 경우에 메틸 또는 에틸인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 일반식(Ⅱ) 화합물의 염이 블루오르화수소산, 염산 또는 브롬화수소산, 황산 또는 인산의 염인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 어느 한 항에있어서, 임의로 할로겐화된 탄화수소를 불활성 유기 용매로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 클로로벤젠, 톨루엔 또는 크실렌을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 알콜이 메탄올 또는 에탄올인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중에 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기일반식(Ⅳ)의 알콜중의 상기 일반식(Ⅱ)또는 (Ⅲ)화합물이 용액 또는 용액들을 -10내지 +10로 조절하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항에 어느 한 항에 있어서, 침전된 무기 염들을 반응시킨 후에 반응 용액으로 부터 여과하고 불활성 유기용매를 증류에 의해 제거하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
