Claims (9)

  1. 가소성 물질의 흡수기 슬리브(2,22)와 외경이 비형성된 습수기 슬리브(2,22)의 내경보다 큰 흡수기 슬리브(2,22)의 내측에 배열되며 적어도 하나의 확장비드(10,30,31)를 가지는 피스톤(1,21)으로 이루어진 완충기 형태의 댐퍼에 있어서, 상기 흡수기 슬리브(2,22)는 적어도40MPa의 인장 강도(εR)와, 파단(εR)시, 적어도 60%의 연신율과, 항복점(εS)에서 적어도 40MPa의 인장응력과, 항복점(εS)에서 적어도 3.55%의 연신율을 가지는 (각 경우에 ISO/R 527 또는 DIN 53 455에 따른)열 가소성 물질로 이루어진것을 특징으로 하는 완충기 형태의 댐퍼.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 흡수기 슬리브(2,22)는 폴리카보네이트와 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체의 혼합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 흡수기 슬리브(2,22)는 폴리카보네이트와 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 흔합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼.
  4. 제1항,제2항 또는 제3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 차량 좌석의 완충기용으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피스톤(21)은 다수의 확장 비드(30,31)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피스톤(1,21)또는 확장비드(10,30,31)는 종단면이 일정한 외부외형을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피스톤(1,21)또는 확장 비드(10,30,31)는 불연속적인 외부 외형을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼.
  8. 제1항 내기 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡수기 슬리브(22)는 적어도 하나의 응력 방향으로 변하는 벽두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 댐퍼.
